The location was ok. The lady at desk was friendly
Room was not complete. Only one light worked. Fridge leaked. Not enough towels were in room. Charged $100 deposit. Breakfast was nothing but bread. Elevators didn’t work. Faded artificial grass around building. Very cheap looking.
A room with a hot tub for $99. The place needs work. But it was clean. The people were friendly. The parking lot is scetchey.
Terrible hotel with rude staff. Dirty rooms. Broken utilities. Roaches in room. No hot water & no assistance from staff about issues.

Baymont it's overall a 3.5 to me, it used to be better some months ago, the morning staff seems new and confused about everything, I'm a usual I like the quietness and location of the motel, however the building starting to need some work itself, the rooms I get lately struggle with wifi and bath had broken mirror and was stuck in shower head, nobody is perfect but do wish it was a bit more convenient when it comes to check in time and quality of the experience, will continue to come back to this location as long as it don't change much when it comes to check in check out and staff
I was informed that breakfast would not be served, although it is advertised. The toilet seat was broken. I informed the front desk and they offered a room on the 3rd floor. I accepted and then they tell me that the elevator is not working. I cancelled my stay and they informed me that the 3rd party would refund me. I called the 3rd party and they informed me that the hotel would refund me. The 3rd party tried to get a hold of them and they never answered the phone. I returned to the hotel and no one was available at the front desk.

Elevator was broken. Given an accessible room on the first floor which would have been fine but the tub didn’t drain. Second room was ok, but the clerk said “there are no other rooms available” and then she came up with one. Parking lot was empty. Rear door from the parking lot did not respond to my key. Breakfast was pitiful—but I didn’t expect much.
