I've been here for 4 years. I work in downtown Houston. The location is very accommodating. My room is spacious, very comfortable and price wise, I would take it over an apartment anytime. The staff are all friendly and efficient in their position. Best living choice for myself.

The hotel was close to the conference we attended.
1. The rooms were dirty, smelled musty, dirty floors, stained bed sheets, and ripped furniture.
2. The outside of the building is not good.
3. Breakfast was not prepared for the amount of guests i believe. We came to Breakfast and hour after opening and the only thing that was there was waffle mix. The waffle mix was sour and gross!

The room was very nice size.
It looked really run down nothing like the photos online. There was a additional fee we were not made aware of. Not going to use that hotel again.

Elevator not working, looks like it hasn’t been working for a really long time, a lot of complains online as well. It should be fixed, and the tv wasn’t working either. The breakfast wasn’t terrible but could be improved.

Very unprofessionl attitude. No cleanliness. For breakfast nothing was there even going at 8 am for a time designated as 7 to 10 am. They just put material once and then never refill. At that moment no staff was there even at reception. Over all very very bad experience.

Broken door lock. Temperature control broken. Mini fridge frozen over. The lobby sitting area has been closed off since I’ve been staying here in February 3 times. No more.

The ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING and I was given the 3rd floor.
It must be a NON-SMOKING HOTEL BUT IT SMELLS SMOKE FROM MARIJUANA ALONG THE CORRIDOR . The BAD SMELL SEEPS IN THROUGH THE DOOR. Sleeping was so difficult as well. Reportable as a HEALTH RISK!
Elevator did not work , didn’t notify me before coming that elevators are not working and I’ll will be walking stairs carrying all my belongings. Woke up next morning no hot water to take a shower , was told to was 20min still no hot water front desk told me there is nothing she can do.
