The ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING and I was given the 3rd floor.
It must be a NON-SMOKING HOTEL BUT IT SMELLS SMOKE FROM MARIJUANA ALONG THE CORRIDOR . The BAD SMELL SEEPS IN THROUGH THE DOOR. Sleeping was so difficult as well. Reportable as a HEALTH RISK!
Elevator did not work , didn’t notify me before coming that elevators are not working and I’ll will be walking stairs carrying all my belongings. Woke up next morning no hot water to take a shower , was told to was 20min still no hot water front desk told me there is nothing she can do.

NOTHIN! Soon as we got there things started happening! I was charged twice, then Elevator was broke and we had to carry our huge luggage’s to third floor smh no accommodation for that then when he got back to shower and get settled there was no hot water. After we let water run again after front desk said wait 20-30min then my room was flooded. My sister, my cousin and my room were all next door to each other. All had no hot water and two flooded. They didn’t want to give us money back either. We literally were only there couple hours from check in to incident.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien. Un lugar tranquilo y el personal muy amable.
La limpieza del cuarto pudo haber estado mejor. Por ejemplo había plato con comida en el microondas y unas pestañas postizas en el área del lavamanos. Pero lo notificamos y rápidamente limpiaron todo.
The location was ok. The lady at desk was friendly
Room was not complete. Only one light worked. Fridge leaked. Not enough towels were in room. Charged $100 deposit. Breakfast was nothing but bread. Elevators didn’t work. Faded artificial grass around building. Very cheap looking.
A room with a hot tub for $99. The place needs work. But it was clean. The people were friendly. The parking lot is scetchey.
