Expensive for what you get, but pleasant staff working there at least.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly which was a plus. Not much more I can say that is massively positive unfortunately, the breakfast smelled nice but the overall look of the place made you feel like you didn't want to eat there.

Cons:

Room was tired looking, the floor tiles. weren't stuck down and you can pinch your feet in them when barefoot. I stayed two nights and the room was not made up in between the two nights. The bed linen was stained, looked like small blood stains. Gym is one elliptical and one treadmill (which doesn't start up unless you stand off it until it builds up momentum then you can jump on) and some dumbbells and a weight chair, luckily I only wanted to do cardio but its not really a fitness centre. Also vending machines had very little choice (no coke for instance on 1st or 3rd floor). As a place to just sleep it is passable. Didn't help that when we arrived two guys were smoking joints on a bench opposite the entryway, whilst that may be perfectly legal there, its not the best image for guests arriving.

Good value
Pros:

It's a comfort Inn at the side of the highway so keep your expectations low and you'll be just fine.

No bedding in the room in your arrive? just ask a friendly front desk and they gave us extra pillows and blankets for the kids.

Need more towels? Just ask the front desk again and they're happy to give it to you.

You can easily pay for 200 to 300 more dollars for a stay in the area at a mid range hotel but this hotel was just fine with the bare minimum.

The breakfast was great. Eggs and Canadian bacon, waffles, cereals and some bakery goods.

The air conditioner in the room is the old-school dial under the windowsill.

There are vending machines with snacks and drinks not at hotel up charged prices.

They have a small little indoor pool that's so chlorinated you will never feel unsanitary ever again.

It's a very small and efficiently operated place.

Adequate place to stay for a couple of nights for business
Pros:

The breakfast was very standard, but adequate. Plus point: they had Chobani yogurt, nice fresh fruit selection and scrambled eggs + sausages or bacon. The room was ok but the bed was pretty good, only the pillows were a bit small and lumpy. There's a decent Denny's really nearby.

Cons:

The room and furniture were tired. The desk chair's gas spring had long lost its springiness, the sofa was saggy. The bathroom was... simple. Room was clean, had a slight smell but overall was ok, but during my 5 day stay the room was never cleaned. My room faced the front of the hotel and there's a smoker's corner opposite of the entrance (outside) but this meant opening the windows for some fresh air was not possible most of the time.

Slept good and it had what I needed for the night.

Extremely friendly staff. Clean facilities. Very comfortable beds and pillows! Excellent location to local roads and Interstate!

Cons:

Lights not working. Red splatter across the ceiling and walls. Coffee and tea but no coffee cups. Soap only in the bathroom and not at a separate sink. Taped over a red fire detector.

This is a nice place and a great value
Pros:

It was all fine especially for the price The front desk people are very nice, especially the woman who checked me in and arranged quickly for a room change

Cons:

I did have to change rooms due to a toilet problem but that was taken care of immediately so I hadn't even unpacked. The woman at the front desk is great
