A great hotel to stay in for family's.
Pros:

The staff was really nice and friendly. The room was really spacious and clean. For someone with a bad back and bad knees the bed was so comfortable that it was easy to sleep through the night. Me and my family were in town for a surgery so only spent the one night, but I would of liked to stay longer, it was that nice. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Me and my family did not stay long enough to have any real negatives with this hotel.

I will never be staying here or recommending this place and I genuinely would appreciate refund.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything this was an absolute terrible stay.

Cons:

The beds were disgusting there was hair and pet hair everywhere. We voiced our concerns with a man walking by our room at 4:30am and following me around the lobby and nothing was done about it. It was my friend and I young girls alone in this hotel. Scared and nothing was done.

Every time we come we have a horrible experience

Cons:

Hotel was packed full of people, 10-15 people on one elevator, was dirty, sheets were dirty, hallway was loud every night and early morning with no rest. Won't be returning

Pros:

Anna was FABULOUS as for the other members of the staff they could use a course in etiquette and mannerisms.

Overall it’s not bad but not great. Other hotels are cheaper and tend to have better beds and breakfast

Breakfast was decent wouldn’t say delicious.

Cons:

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Beds weren’t comfortable. Price was moderate compared to others just wanted to give them a shot. Location isn’t ideal.
