Todo estaba bien
Sólo que el precio estaba un poco caro ,dependía el día que se cogiera
Well. The staff was friendly enough. Had I realized this building was a painted over ghetto trap I would have never booked it. Rough. Rough rough. The room was clean. However; when I booked in after paying $150 for the room I got an extra $150 for "you know damages". There was a cute girls scout cookie set up in the lobby, but because the front desk clerk didjt get my room key "coded" right, I was bombarded with the girl scouts before I could get in the lobby. Apparently I booked in such a shit part of town that if my key card wasn't activated correctly I couldnt use the elevator. The paint job over the rough exterior do3snt cover the sins. Won't ever book here again.
See above
Elevator was sketchy and our tub wouldn't drain after giving our daughter a bath.
My kids liked the pool
The staff wasn’t very friendly, there were sketchy people staying there, everything was dirty. The breakfast room floor was sticky and counters were gross. Hair and dirt all over the pool. Room was ok but looked run down the chair was peeling and when my son took a toilet paper roll off the holder it fell off the wall. There was a spider in the shower. Stains and weird smells in the hall. It was never quiet and peoples kids just ran all over the hall. There’s only one elevator for 7 floors and it was always crowded and it felt like it was going to breakdown. Ice machine smelled like bad food.
During our stay at Best Western Plus Midwest Inn in Omaha we experienced two very concerning situations related to guest safety and property.
First, during check-in we were initially given a room that was already occupied by another guest. We opened the door and found people already staying there. This immediately raised concerns about how room assignments are handled and about guest privacy and security.
Second, after we checked out we realized that an iPad had accidentally been left in our room. When we tracked the device using Apple Find My, it showed that the iPad was still at the hotel. We called the front desk and asked them to check the room. During that same time, the device suddenly began moving and traveled to a residential address where it has remained ever since.
We reported the situation to the hotel and filed a police report. Despite the location data showing that the device left the hotel shortly after housekeeping service, the hotel stated that nothing was found.
Based on this experience, I strongly recommend being extremely careful with personal belongings if you stay at this hotel. If you accidentally leave something valuable in the room, it may be very difficult to recover it.
For us, this experience raised serious concerns about guest safety and how situations involving guest property are handled.
Very comfortable and clean.
It was located in a good area and was convenient
Property is getting dated
The room looks exactly like the photos posted. It was clean and nice. I checked in 30 minutes before the check in time and they were able to accommodate and check me in early. The elevator requires one to scan their room cards in order to ride, giving a sense of security and safety. The breakfast was good. The pool has long hour of opening, from 7am to 11pm. The parking situation was also good but it gets harder to find parking closer to the entrance later at night. The location of this hotel was nice. There’s quite a lot of restaurants and fast food nearby as well as a gas stations and stores.
Ok hotel, good for families, had a better breakfast range of foods.
