This was one of our worst stays anywhere - not just in Omaha.

NOTHING!!!!

EVERYTHING!!!!! We paid almost $300 for a horrific room. It was small and absolutely disgusting. Do NOT stay here!! There was black dog hair all over the white bed comforter, and sheets were just as bad. It smelled like musty, damp, towels. There was sticky “stuff” all over the end tables and entertainment center. They didn’t even attempt to wipe them off. They didn’t even vacuum between the bed and the wall….for a WHILE. We also asked for a deep cleaning before our arrival, due to allergies and being immunocompromised. They said they would absolutely do that. Not only was that a lie, but I’m not sure they did anything after the last “guests” stayed, except make the bed…..with the same gross bedding. My sister woke up with a huge bite from “something,” too, as we were unable to get a refund for this horribly overpriced venue and find another due to the College World Series being in town. Trust me, we tried!! 11 pm, and if we could have gone elsewhere, we would have!! I repeat - Do NOT stay here!!!

Oh no, not a bad place to stay that could be a little more comfortable but for the night we stayed it was pleasant

Wasn’t a bad place to stay we stayed on the main floor not too far from the pool kids absolutely love the pool. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

While we were there, the fire alarms went off the staff did not tell anybody what to do or where to go. We were in the pool when it went off and it was an another guest that told us that those fire alarms are going off for us to get out of the pool we were not told to evacuate the building people were coming in and out of the facility with the alarm going off

Pros:

The location for the concert in La Vista was okay.

Cons:

One of the elevators was out of order. The shower/tub didn't drain well so you were standing in 6" if water by the end of the shower. The water pressure was terrible. The bed was extremely soft. The breakfast wasn't bad.

Really great experience for us!
Pros:

Amazing staff and very responsive. At hotels we usually expect small mishaps and inconveniences, things not working perfectly, etc. but staff was always quick to help with any thing we needed help with or requested. Great value. Very yummy breakfast! Lots of gas stations and restaurants. We are a family with young kids and always felt safe and comfortable here.

Cons:

Some parts of the building need some fixing and updating but for what we spent, can't complain much.

Wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Convenient location near I-80 for an overnight stay along our travels.

Cons:

Strange experience. Lobby smelled musty. Needed a key card to use elevator. Buttons don’t light up when you punch them. Public areas are not very clean. Microwave in room didn’t work at all. Shower faucet very hard to turn on. Full length drapes in room cover up AC unit, which we needed because of warm temps. Thus bright lights from outdoors shown into room which was annoying. Coffee maker was on a shelf right next to bathroom sink. Yuck. Fire alarm went off and we had to vacate room when firetrucks showed up. Lots of litter in parking lot. Breakfast usual motel fare. Nothing great. Generally things looked old and not kept up to date.

Terrible stay away over charged me after they agreed for a refund
Pros:

Off the highways easy to get to and close to the Omaha zoo.

Cons:

Blood on the pillows. AC units falling apart and making noises, one elevator for 7 floors and its extremely slow.
