Anna was FABULOUS Hotel was NOT
Pros:

Anna was FABULOUS as for the other members of the staff they could use a course in etiquette and mannerisms.

My stay overall was satisfactory

Overall it’s not bad but not great. Other hotels are cheaper and tend to have better beds and breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was decent wouldn’t say delicious.

Cons:

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Beds weren’t comfortable. Price was moderate compared to others just wanted to give them a shot. Location isn’t ideal.

Good!
Pros:

Breakfast was good! Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, staff was very nice! My kids had a blast at the pool.

Cons:

The smell was musty, the pool was so foggy i couldn’t see through my glasses and seeing all the water damage made me a bit worried. Do wish there was a pool for the adults especially since the outside patio off of the pool room was so big and barley used.
