Tamaño de la habitación, un poco pequeña
De locatie van het hotel was oké en het personeel was vriendelijk.
We hadden van te voren absoluut niet verwacht dat dit een luxe hotel zou zijn, maar wel gewoon een plek waar je prima zou kunnen slapen voor 1 nacht omdat het hotel een 7,8 score had op booking.com. Helaas was dit niet het geval. Ik heb misschien 1 uur kunnen slapen doordat het toilet om de 3 minuten een langdurig hard piepend geluid maakte, hierdoor was slapen nisf mogelijk. Daarnaast kreeg ik over mijn hele lichaam jeuk in het bed, dit kwam denk door de hygiëne.
De kamer was erg gedateerd: het behang liet eigenlijk overal los, de badkamer zag vol schimmel, de wasbak liep niet door en de lucht die vanuit de ventilatie schacht kwam was erg slecht, deze wordt denk ik nooit schoongemaakt.
Al met al was het een zeer slechte ervaring die ik niemand zou aanraden.

Los de la recepción del hotel nos ayudó en cambiar la habitación ya que solicitamos bañera en esta app. Con respecto al tema del desayuno, el personal del hotel si que nos ayudó a poner una queja interna y una reclamación. Pero considero que es un servicio que en cuanto a comida está muy bien, pero que provoca problemas a los usuarios del hotel o a los clientes debido a las propias amenazas del personal y la responsable del restaurante, que después de la queja aun asi nos trataron ciertas maneras que dejaban que desear.
La responsable del desayuno nos permitió subirnos el desayuno que quisiéramos a la habitación, al ser un desayuno de buffet libre pensamos en coger varios platos, al ver que no cabía todo en la bandeja que nos proporcionaron, bajamos de nuevo a por un simple plato más, pero la responsable en cuestión nos amenazó de grabarnos o hacernos fotos por llevarnos el desayuno que ella nos facilitó subir a la habitación. La responsable del buffet del desayuno, sus intenciones amenazantes y el intento de hacernos fotos o grabarnos por algo que ella nos permitió hacer.
Great location, 10 minutes away from the City of Science and 25 minutes away from the city centre. The room was clean and comfy. The beach is 15 minutes by taxi away. The staff was super nice. Great value for money.
In the toilet there wasn’t a toilet brush

El aire de la habitación era muy pesado, hasta que abrí la puerta del baño y entendí porque, moho. En el techo del baño y paredes de la bañera. asqueroso y dependiendo el tiempo que te quedes hasta peligroso
Spacious room and big bathroom with a bathtub. Nice breakfast. Walking distance from oldtown around 20 minutes and also close to the main park. Stuff very friendly!
