It was bad.

Cons:

When I got there it was 17 degrees and the room was not heated it toke 3 hours for the room get warm. And the heater could not keep up with the cool.

Place was excellent for the festival that I attended!
Pros:

Breakfast was OK, but started running out of food before it was over.

Spacious room and housekeeping super nice.

Cons:

Strong odor when you walk into lobby and room. Front desk receptionist wasn’t welcoming. Room was clean for the most part. It’s a bit outdated and bathtub had stains.

Good in a pinch but wouldn’t return
Pros:

It’s good being off the highway so it’s helpful in a pinch. Lots of parking, easy to find. Pretty display when you enter with floral arrangement and couch. First impression was it was well kept and looked semi high end.

Cons:

The handicap door doesn’t work no matter what button you try and use. The artificial fragrance smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the door is almost chemical and so overwhelming. The gym looked like it was decaying (broken equipment, crusty/not clean) and smelled horrendous like mold or mildew so bad I could barely stay in there longer than half an hour. Someone very clearly smoked in my room yet the maid (or management?) didn’t think to wash all the linens/towels/curtains afterwards, so it smelled like stale cigarettes very badly when I showered and the curtain/towels got wet. I specifically got a non smoking room because I can’t stand that smell. The woman at the front desk couldn’t be bothered with helping me. She was on her phone sitting in a chair until I’m the one who acknowledged her existence. I think she was upset about it and barely spoke two words to me. Didn’t tell me about the free breakfast or the hours. Didn’t mention the fitness room or the wifi. Simple wrote the wifi on the card paper and said your room is down there to the left. Then when I woke up at the reasonable hour of 9am and realized there was breakfast, it was promptly closed and at 9:05 there was nothing left. I figured at least 9:30 if not 10am. The girl cleaning up was nice enough to me though and said if I wanted coffee I could have some, I took an apple and an orange instead and left for the rest of my trip.

The staff was the best thing about my stay.

Cons:

My room wasn't cleaned well, dry soap on the sink counter. The sink was plugged. The desk and nightstand were not wiped clean, they were sticky. One of the beds in the room had a dip in the mattress.
