Pros:

とてもキレイに清掃されていました。
スタッフの方の対応が　とても丁寧でした。
エレベーターの台数が多くて、待ち時間もなく　混雑もしなかったです。
タクシー乗り場で待っていたら、タクシーを手配していただき　少し待ちましたが　便利でした。

Cons:

冷蔵庫が全然冷えなくて、ほぼ常温に近い状態。
ホテル内に売店もなく、自販機もロビー階に１台だけなので　冷蔵庫はもっと広く冷えるものにしてほしいです。

なだ万の和朝食は大変美味しかったですが、あの価格なら　もう少しお味噌汁にもこだわってほしかったです。

チェックイン開始の時間帯が混雑して、待ち時間が長かったです。

最高の宿泊になりました。
Pros:

朝食はなだ万で、期待通りの美味しい朝食でした。スタッフの方々もとても良かったです。　夕食もリーズナブルなお値段でとても良かったですし、お誕生日前だったのですが、メッセージカードと薔薇の花をいただきました。　期待以上のスタッフのホスピタリティに感謝です。
