Very comfortable, classy hotel. Great staff, excellent location nice sized rooms.
Although excellent, breakfast was a little pricey. Wish they would install Smart TVs.

Nagoya is more of a business city, and this hotel reflects that. It’s a large property catering primarily to business travelers, though we did see some tour groups as well.
The lobby is impressive, with a grand entrance, a pleasant café, and several retail shops. The staff were polite and helpful.
However, the rooms felt dated and worn. While spacious, the furnishings and overall condition did not match the standard of other hotels we stayed in Japan. The bathroom, in particular, was disappointing—more in line with a budget hotel, with poor lighting and aging fixtures.
We stayed here as a base for visiting Ise, which was convenient by train, but otherwise, there’s little reason to stay in this area.
Bottom line: Acceptable if you need to be in Nagoya, but not a destination hotel.
