Basic accommodation, but adequate if all you need is a bed and a shower.
Pros:

The location was good as it was only a 5 minute walk to the French Quarter.
Plenty of hot water in room, friendly and helpful staff, good security arrangements.

Cons:

Although the room was clean, the general maintenance was old and run down, air conditioner was very noisy, irritating gatherings of smokers with loud music in communal areas (ie. Balcony).

Horrible place to stay. More of a halfway house than a hotel.

The staff were nice. That’s all I have to say about this place

Cons:

The place did not match the price (non refundable) it demanded. The walls were dirty. Paint was peeling. The ceiling and mirrors had cracks! The bathroom was filthy with mold and random door pieces used to repair cracks. The bedding had burn holes and miscellaneous stains. The owner was also seen berating her staff in front of guests for posting helpful information about the festival happening in the city. I will NOT be returning!

Cons:

Everything. Old dusty, and was not not pleasant. Staff at night very racist and made us uncomfortable. Checked out in the middle of rhe night.

Glad we got a place on short notice, good thing we are used to camping out this was ROUGH

Tienen errores al reservar porque nos pusieron en una habitación más fea y terminaron por cambiarnos.

1 very small trash can
No place to hang clothes
AC sounds like a train with open spaces around it,wasn't properly installed
No table or counter space despite having the room for one.

Fun, fantastic, affordable!
Pros:

My Sister and I had an amazing stay. The property is walking distance to everything the neighborhood is so nice and cute and the outdoor seating is really nice. Great way to take an affordable casual trip.
