Absolutely charming place, with a great location within Cambridge. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

A hotel of this calibre should have an in room fridge. I missed having cold water the whole time. I know you can call for ice, but that is not convenient. Also, the A/C did not ever catch up to what I set it to. Front desk should warn guests about the conserving power switch at the room door. Wasted a lot of our time trying to figure this out and would take 1 second to explain! Other than that, beautiful hotel and quiet room!

I had lost my suit pants ($1000 suit). It is still missing. It is my working business suit and I find this very inconvenient. It’s not about money but trust in the service in the hotel.

I have not heard any news for one week now.

Clean room and really comfy beds!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Charles. Initially, they gave me a connecting room. In the adjacent room, apparently there was a dog as he barked frequently. I asked especially for a quiet room and was really upset that i was put in a room next to a barking dog. Then, I called them and they immediately moved me a much quieter room. From there on, the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Thanks.

Very clean and stylish, very quiet area but a short walk and or uber from EVERYTHING. 20 min uber to the north end

There was a mouse in our room. Our room was next to a concert hall. It was so loud that we had to go downstairs until they were finished.

The staff were attentive and professional. Restaurants had plenty of food choices and wait staff was great.

Excellent location around Harvard Square walkable area. The hotel has beautiful and very comfy rooms and common areas in the lobby are just gorgeous.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Helpful staff, very clean, good fitness center and great location. Only suggestion is to have a bigger store with more items.

I stay here every time I'm in the Boston area, since I was in school in the area 35 years ago.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very nice atmosphere and close to many restaurants, shopping, and Harvard campus. Although I did not need parking, there was also an on-premise parking lot. Staff were kind and accommodating. My only issue was that the hotel has shows on the 3rd floor and I could hear the music at night from my room on the 4th FL so beware if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, I would certainly stay here again when in the Cambridge area.

I commute and stay at then Charles often. It's the best in Cambridge, I tried a few other hotels before trying it and none really compares

It’s still the best hotel in Cambridge
