Pros:

Frühstück war gut, frisch gemachte Eierspeise / Spiegeleier auch sonst Auswahl und Qualität sehr gut.
Parkservice immer da und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Betten auf Rädern und Matsatzen waren eher unteres Niveau.
Bettdecke viel zu warm.
Die Türe lies sich nicht von innen verriegeln, Personal trat ein obwohl nicht Stören Schild aussen platziert war.

Very comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

The hotel is lovely - everything is well appointed, they grounds are kept well, the pool and decking area are clean and tidy and it smells nice wherever you go.

Cons:

The Spa is small and a few things didn’t work properly and this wasn’t communicated. The bar on the roof top wasn’t open and if you’re a smoke, there is 1 designated area only. You’ll need to go off site.

Die Lage war der Traum -direkt am Meer mit Blick aufs Meer -mega Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Leider war eine Sauna defekt und auch die Minibar war nicht vorhanden.Für ein Luxushotel könnte es noch ein paar Annehmlichkeiten zum Beispiel Willkommensgruß/drink usw. anbieten

La amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones, el spa.

Cons:

Los colchones son duros. La ubicación está muy bien, es un sitio muy turistico y no tranquilo sobretodo en verano. Y las habitaciones se escucha a la habitación de al lado.

Pros:

J’ai vraiment tout apprécié dans cet établissement. L’équipe est extrêmement disponible, toujours souriante et attentive. On se sent accompagné et pris en charge du début à la fin du séjour. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien, avec un personnel aux petits soins à chaque moment. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse, cela a largement contribué à rendre mon séjour très agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Excellent place to stay, staff were friendly and great
Pros:

Everything , staff and facilities were superb . Staff went out of their way to help. And celebrated my birthday with surprise champagne and balloons .. they were lovely to have as hosts , main restaurant and reception. Highly recommended , food was excellent.

Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, auch die Aussicht von oben. Zimmer sind alt aber ok. Frühstück ist klasse, angenehmer Geruch im kompletten Hotel

-instalacion de ducha rota, igual q instalacion de luz fallaba
-no funcionaba todas partes de SPA
-aire condicionado estaba instalado que me llegaba aire toda la noche a la cara
-faltaba amenities bano
-opciones de te y cafe en cuarto eran repetidos y mal repuestos
-limpieza de cuarto se realizaba durante desayuno y la tuve que parar
-wifi tenia poco senal
-zumo en desayuno no era fresco

Excellent stay
Pros:

We chose to travel to Mallorca in the offseason and it was awesome! The hotel staff were friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent location not far from the city centre and in front of the beach. Buffet breakfast had a great selection of tasty food and look forward to every morning. Highly recommended.
