Fint hotel, pool område skønt maden var super

Spa, pool og restaurant var så fine

Cons:

Vores værelse var ved jorden og der var problem med vand, fod lister var fugtige. Endvidere var der meget larm fra receptionen hvor vores værelse lå lige ud til

I booked a Suite !!! For 600,00 Eurp 1 Night with Sea View and Jacuzzi
but I got a Ground Floor Room with no view !! This Receptionist not help and told me Manager will come to speak over Regung but Nobody came and I got no Money back !! Never ever This Hotel Again ! Bad Service and no excuses ! And no Money refund !

O hotel em si era espetacular, assim como o respetivo staff.

Cons:

A localização não é a melhor, pelo menos para quem procura paz e tranquilidade. O ideal será ser fugir de Palma e ir para o Norte da ilha, onde o ambiente é só dúvida mais reservado e intimista.

Relaxing stay in a spotless hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel, staff were very friendly! The hotel was spotless and the spa was a bonus! I must say I especially loved the half board option of picking different restaurants. For me that is something I’ve never done in a hotel before and it was something I enjoyed. Location is perfect opposite the beach. I’ll definitely be back!

Wir haben haben uns sehr gefreut und wurden enttäuscht.

Die Lage.

Cons:

Bilder entsprechen nicht mehr den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer wurde leider auch nur unzureichend gereinigt (keine Waschbecken sauber gemacht, Mülleimer nicht geleert usw.). Keine 5-Sterne mehr.
