Hotel propre , bien placé mais dommage l ' accueil n 'est pas digne d un service au client

1/Le personnel !!!
Nous avions un séchoir a cheveux défectueux
Lorsque nous sommes descendues a la réception pr le signaler le réceptionniste ( qui regardait son téléphone) a soupiré puis soufflé et nous a dit qu on verrait ca demain . L'orque nous avons insisté pour ne pas dormir les cheveux mouiller il s est énervé et s est transformé en rageux
2/ Le petit déjeuner sans aucun intérêt nutritionnel .

Maravilhosa!
Pros:

Perto das praias de Ipanema e Copacabana, de bares, restaurantes. Ótimo café da manhã. Funcionários educados, simpáticos e prestativos! Adoro! Só fico neste hotel!
