Muy Limpio y la ubicacion

Cons:

Estuve dos noches y se rompio el ascensor y un dia entero estuvo roto el ascensor
Estaba en el piso 8. No me hicieron ningun descent o

Me gusto la ubicacion

Cons:

No me gustó el trato del personal era super pesado, no daban respuesta a problemáticas que surgían de buena manera, hasta no daban ganas de preguntarle las dudas.
La cama con colchón malo incómodo, no incluía cubre colchón y las sábanas se resbalan, las camas mal hechas.
El refrigerador no funcionaba, no tuve donde refrigerar mis cosas.
El ascensor se echó a perder, nadie nos avisó y los recepcionistas estaban al lado nuestro y ni nos dijeron que estaba malo y parecía tonta uno esperando.

La atención desde la recepción. No nos trataron bien a diferencia del resto de la gente que llegaba. Desde la habitación intente llamar 5 veces en diferente momento a la recepción porque nunca nos anotaron el WiFi ni nos dieron indicaciones para la estadia. 4 de las 5 me cortaron el telefono

Value for money option at great location
Pros:

Great location. Good value for money.

Cons:

As long the price is adjusted, it’s not really a problem, but have in mind, it was like a premium hotel 2-3 decades ago (or more), but you definitely see the aging everywhere around the hotel.
The stuff was OK, but sometimes not in the best mood.

Nice little hotel with an amazing location
Pros:

The location is amazing: within walking distance of the beach, gym, restaurants, and a subway station. The room was spacious enough for two people (we had a twin room, which came with two queen size beds). I would stay here again based on the location alone.

Cons:

I'm splitting hairs here, but the breakfast items did not change during my stay, so I got bored pretty quickly. A wider variety would have been appreciated.

Correct pour un court séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien ! En plein cœur d’Ipanema.
La chambre est très grande et le lit est confortable. La salle de bain est bien aussi.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon !
Gros plus pour le petit rooftop avec la superbe vue.

Cons:

C’est très cher par rapport à la qualité du service. Certes nous étions juste après le carnaval mais ça reste cher pour ce que c’est.
En plus, les chambres sont pas du tout insonorisées donc on s’est fait réveiller plusieurs fois vers 3/4h du matin par les galipettes des voisins, les bruits dans le couloir le matin etc

Pros:

Les chambres sont très spacieuses et joliment aménagées.
Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et varié
L'emplacement de l'hôtel, dans une rue calme à 2 minutes à la fois des plages de Copacabana et d'Ipanema (côté Praia do Arpoador où le coucher du soleil est immanquable) est exceptionnel

What you stuff, staff steals and lies to your face

Very good location!

Cons:

Staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I forgot a shirt when I left and asked if they found a week later. The head of the reception had no intention of helping us… essentially they steal your possessions here and then cover it up
