Great hotel for short break
Pros:

The staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble & our febel attempts at Italian ware encouraged & not laughed at ( bonus)
Also the allways smileling Nigerian ( queen as we called her) cleaner was an absolute delight to meet every morning.
the breakfast was really good covered everything especially when you have to children that are very picky.
Don't know about evening meals as we were breakfast only.

Cons:

Possibly having a bar or bigger rest/chill area but on the whole nothing we didn't like

It surprised me that this hotel is rated as four stars. It has a breakfast room but no restaurant, pool, fitness centre
Pros:

It is within waking distance of a number of the major attractions.
The room was clean.
Good breakfast.
Friendly reception staff.

Cons:

The lift is too small and very slow.
The air-conditioning in our room (408) was irregular.

Rzym jest piękny!
Pros:

śniadanie bardzo dobre, obsługa miła i pomocna,położenie rewelacyjne - wszędzie blisko, pokój przestronny i czysty.

Cons:

W naszym pokoju,który był na parterze były kraty w oknach co nie dawalo miłego wrażenia, Ogólnie dałabym mu 3 gwiazdki, chociaż cena była czterogwiazdkowa.

Charming hotel in the middle of a tourist hub in Rome.
Pros:

The location was excellent, with many cafes and restaurants near by, as well as a couple of landmarks.

Cons:

For the price paid, I do believe breakfast should be complimentary with your stay, even if it’s quite basic.

Pros:

Location was perfect. Clean room, fresh bedding and towels.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, but not perfect. Two years ago it was much better. Variety of food decreased. Quality of food decreased. The price $15 per person.
The price of the hotel per night went up in 2 years

Muy bien ubicado.
Habitaciones limpias y amplias. La primera vez que veo que la cama supletoria de una triple es una doble (mas de 1 m).
Las habitaciones nuevas y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Que cobren las botellas de agua del minibar. Normalmente los hoteles de 4 estrellas tienen agua de cortesía.
Que el check out sea a las 10:00h. Demasiado pronto

Not great, not terrible.
Pros:

Good location, the room was nice, clean bathroom, not much space to store clothes.

Cons:

I requested two single beds, the request was confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel I saw that there were indeed no two single beds. The communication from the hotel staff in booking was really poor. They say they are offering airport transfer, I asked twice for details about that service and received no answer.
