Sim havia muitas lojas e restaurantes nas ruas paralelas do hotel, só o restaurante do hotel é muito caro e a porção muito pequena! Pedi um risoto ao Pesto com camarões! Veio 1 porção muito pequeno e 1 camarão em cima do risoto!!

O principal numa estadia é uma boa cama e um bom chuveiro e, nesses quesitos, me decepcionou. A cama é daquelas que, se mexer de um lado, mexe do outro. Minha esposa ficava reclamando. Os travesseiros pareciam muito desgastados, baixos e molengas. Para quem dorme de lado isso é horrível. Pedi um travesseiro extra na recepção e disseram que não tinha. A única manta de cobrir disponível era muito fina. No dia seguinte consegui uma idêntica para amenizar. Não foi uma boa experiência de sono. O chuveiro, embora com bastante pressão (o que é bom), demorava muito para esquentar. Não tinha água quente na torneira. Água só tinha opção de latinha ao custo de 12 reais por 350 ml. O quarto tinha poucas tomadas para carregamento de aparelhos. Como pontos positivos destaco o tamanho do quarto e o café da manhã bastante completo. Podiam investir na melhoria das acomodações. A meu ver não tem padrão 4 estrelas, como anunciado. No máximo 3 e olhe lá. O Ibis Tatuapé tem quartos menores, porém melhores acomodações, além de água em refil (você só compra uma vez e pode repor quantas vezes quiser na mesma embalagem ecológica).

Lugar já foi melhor, carece de treinamento e pouco de manutenção nas áreas comuns. Fiz acionamento da manutenção para ver o chuveiro e demoraram meia hora para verificar. Entretanto, foram cordiais e prestativos quando apareceram. Limpeza do hotel é excelente, café da manhã é bom. Nada a reclamar nesses quesitos. No geral, indico para quem quer ficar no Tatuapé

The room was spacious and well equipped; however, the floor I stayed on had a noticeable musty smell. The bathroom could use some remodeling. It was winter, and I was only provided with a thin blanket in addition to the sheet. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of options. The lobby is beautiful and modern.

Room was clean and comfortable, tough the chairs could get a refresh, staff was friendly and courteous, the location is great, close by malls and public transportation (Subway) and safe to walk around during the day.
My only complain is with their Wi-Fi, it simply didn't work during my stay. Their IT team was helpful and tried to troubleshoot and showed YouTube from their phones but we know streaming can't really compare with a MS Teams Call, I even switched to another floor where it was working a bit better, but still it was not even close to what would be needed for corporate use. I had to take all my calls audio only and even so, the audio was choppy and breaking, was unsuccessful trying to use camera or sharing screens, so be aware of that if you plan to work during your stay as I did.
