Terrible experiernce with checkout
Pros:

The hotel and location were fine, and there is plenty of restaurants and other facilities nearby. I had a terrible problem with checkout because the hotel faliled to issue a Receipt regardless of many attempts and hours at the phone.

O local é bem localizado e o quarto otimo cama, espaço etc..

Cons:

Tínhamos reservado um quarto para nupcial e nada do que conversarmos na mensagem ocorreu, na recepção também não tivemos muito interesse em resolver.
