La atención espectacular, personal amables y atenciosos, no hay queja de los funcionarios fueron todos excelentes.

Todo perfecto

Cons:

Faltaría un sistema de calefacción ya que cuando nos hospedamos hacia mucho frío y el aire no tenía opción de calefacción, igual pedimos más cubierta para abrigarnos, fueron muy amables y atenciosos.

EXTREMAMENTE SUJO!! chegamos no quarto e o vaso sanitário estava sujo com ur1n4, tudo mofado, cheiro de mofo, tábuas do chão soltando, tudo encardido, empoeirado, terrível de verdade... a cama desconfortável e sem edredom, apenas lençol fino que ainda tava com furos no meu quarto. internet lentíssima. banheiro com limo e mofo. comida nem tive coragem de experimentar. NÃO RECOMENDO

Quarto grande, chuveiro com boa vazão, local do café da manhã espaçoso.

Cons:

Cobrar por talher pelo fornecimento de talher descartável é absolutamente desnecessário. Além de ser um valor abusivo, $5,00, é algo que deveria estar incluído no serviço.
Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de bolo e doces.
