Tudo muito bom...café da manhã excelente... funcionários super gentis, localização ótima principalmente muito acessível para lugares para comer.

Cons:

Não gostei só por não ter ventilação natural e sim só ventilação mecânica...para quem tem problema respiratório não é muito bom...o quarto fica úmido e há proliferação de ácaro.

Pros:

Ótima localização, recepcionistas educados, café da manhã ótimo, chuveiro com ótima pressão e regulagem de temperatura.

Cons:

Quarto com cheiro forte de mofo, fui a trabalho e precisava descansar, passei as 2 noites espirrando e com dor de cabeça. Além disso, a acústica péssima, o hóspede acima estava com a TV no último volume e aparentemente dormiu com a TV ligada, meu quarto se tornou uma caixa abafada com som. Como a parte mais importante de um hotel é o quarto, não tem como eu aumentar a nota. E detalhe: morei 37 anos no Tatuapé, trabalho no Barcelos ao lado e sempre via o hotel da minha própria clínica. Me mudei recentemente e precisarei usar hotel, mas confesso que não pretendo, apesar de ser um localização ótima pra mim.
