Gosto de conforto no hotel, mas aprecio demais o atendimento a preferenciais 60+
Pros:

Aprecio nesse hotel a comodidade das instalações e as refeições por opção de serem realizadas todas no mesmo local: almoço e jantar, por exemplo!

Cons:

Já é a segunda vez que utilizo esse hotel e de todas as vezes tive problemas na recepção:
1. com o tipo de hospedagem escolhida e uma possível mudança por emergência (não solucionada).
2. Pedidos de lanches no quarto, com muita demora; reposição de frigobar com atraso e ainda reposição de água para a garrafa do chá sem atendimento - tive que insistir durante todos os dias e em horários diferentes, até que um dia consegui!

Cons:

Sugiro um ajuste da janela para que tenha alguma abertura. Nem todos gostam de usar ar condicionado e tudo fechado, causa desconforto

Pros:

Excelente café da manhã - incluído no preço da diária!
A localização no Tatuapé é muito boa e o serviço de estacionamento também foi muito eficiente.
Enfim, viajei com minha esposa e só tenho elogios a fazer aos funcionários e às instalações.

Cons:

As janelas do quarto lacradas, para algumas pessoas isso é uma agonia, janelas que poderiam ao menos dispor de pequena e segura abertura, algo simples de ser feito.
