Pros:

Check in was refused to my husband so we didnt have to stay.

Cons:

We did not stay. We were refused check in to my husband. Also, smelt moldy and construction on site, water shuttle off during certain times. My child is medically ill and can NOT be in that environment. Still haven't recieved my refund.

Grateful for a roof over my head and a bed for sleep. Pet feces needed to be addressed.
Pros:

My situation was dire due to not having a place to stay for a period of time and being homeless was very stressful. I am very appreciative that your company was able to give me a week of rest. The room was comfortable and enough for me during the time I occupied the room.

Cons:

My biggest dissatisfaction with the location was due to the other residents/guest who did not pick up after pets. . Pet feces were so bad and smelled bad.
No breakfast as advertised, workout room was not usable due to renovations.

Didn't have expectations but yikes
Pros:

The night shift front desk employee was very accommodating and kind, I really appreciated him moving me to a new room when my original room was not clean. The hotel room I was moved to was also fine, the location if it was convenient and despite it being on the first floor near the lobby it was very quiet.

Cons:

The first hotel room I was checked into was not clean, in fact I thought someone was in that room when I opened the door and immediately shut it. TV on, lights on, food on the floor, clothes everywhere. The only elevator was broken, so I had to lug heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs only to find my room was not touched. The room I was moved to had been cleaned but it wasn't very clean either. The floors were filthy, the shower had hair and didn't look like it had been cleaned, the sink was filthy, the toilet wouldn't flush unless you removed the lid. Someone was walking around with their dog off leash as I was going back to my hotel room. I was already having an incredibly negative trip so this just made it a little worse.

Horrific experience!!!

Cons:

The staff was in a bad mood, the hotel is under construction so they close the water and make a lot of noise in the morning. It was very dirty, you can see spiderweb all over the place. It smell terrible and there are people living there who smoke on their rooms.

I stayed at this hotel for seven days and the shower never worked in either room that was assigned to me. Only the sink

Absolutely nothing. The price appeared to be good and the pictures were a false representation.

Cons:

No running water in the shower.
Filthy facilities
Many guests live there.
Dogs on the premises.
No towel service or room cleaning over a 7 day stay.
