this property is need of an upgrade
stayed for 1 night and was displeased at how awful the condition of the room was. The shower water was either cold or scalding hot ( no in between) there were hardly any plugs near the bed for device charging, we were given very few towels in the room; 2 bath towels that was it! When I asked about an ice machine and the response i got was, "we only have 1 and its half of a machine" not what I expected at a Marriott Property.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The facility was clean and in a great location with proximity to most things in Erie. Breakfast was typical but clean and well done.
Quiet hours were not enforced and it was very noisy when trying to sleep. Lots of running around on the floor above

Everything was very clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Pool towels behind the front desk and having to wait to get a towel. Snack options for purchase were limited.
When we got in there were crumbs on the bed. We spoke to the staff, we were given another room and there were hairs on the bed

Mattress had huge dent in it very uncomfortable. Overwhelming cologne smell when first arrived. Phone on nightstand between bed was disgusting looking grimy, and cake with dust. Musty smelling AC..
Staff was very friendly and helpful , room was clean , and pool area was well kept up .
Breakfast room was small , breakfast food itself was mediocre. Room was not cleaned in the three days we stayed there .
