Pros:

Os funcionários do hotel são extremamente simpáticos. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, coube nossas malas (malas grandes para 3 pessoas). Senti falta do criado mudo para os dois lados da cama de casal. Café da manha bom, bem servido e com boas opções para a categoria do hotel. A limpeza do quarto acontece a cada 2 dias, mas isso não foi um problema.

We would stay there again.
Pros:

It was a short drive to Presque Isle State park and to downtown Erie. We could also bring our dog.

Cons:

There was a lot of distractions out back for the dog.

Uncomfortable and disappointing NO SHOWER is unacceptable

The small fridge was absolutely disgusting, our room had NO WATER PRESSURE to shower, went through hell to get a blanket, had to take trash to the front counter and ask for cleaning supplies

Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

There is 1 ice machine that has significant rust and corrosion and was very dirty and had black and pink discoloration suggestive of bacterial growth, including in the chute. I brought this to the attention of multiple employees and nothing happened while I was there. One male employee even deceived me by giving me a bag of ice that he implied was from a different machine but I discovered 2days later from another employee that there is only 1 machine on the property. It needs to be replaced.
