Great facilities and staff.
Pros:

Was delayed due to weather. Needed a very late check-in. The staff was great. Greeted me at 230 in the morning with a smile.

Cons:

Later breakfast hours would be great. The sheets and towels were a little scratchy.

Loved this hotel
Pros:

The room was very clean and smelt really good I'm extremely satisfied with my stay!the breakfast was really good only complaint I had is the pool wasn't available other than that all five stars

I would stay somewhere else

this property is need of an upgrade
stayed for 1 night and was displeased at how awful the condition of the room was. The shower water was either cold or scalding hot ( no in between) there were hardly any plugs near the bed for device charging, we were given very few towels in the room; 2 bath towels that was it! When I asked about an ice machine and the response i got was, "we only have 1 and its half of a machine" not what I expected at a Marriott Property.

Everything was very clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Pool towels behind the front desk and having to wait to get a towel. Snack options for purchase were limited.

Would stay here again. Very nice hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and friendly. The facility was clean and in a great location with proximity to most things in Erie. Breakfast was typical but clean and well done.

Cons:

Quiet hours were not enforced and it was very noisy when trying to sleep. Lots of running around on the floor above

Not bad but seeing crumbs and hairs on the bed that turned me off.

When we got in there were crumbs on the bed. We spoke to the staff, we were given another room and there were hairs on the bed
