Locatie en het uitzicht zelf voelde iets minder verona, maar dat was ook niet de reden dat we dit boekte.
Very close to the train station. Staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade to a larger room. The room was comfortable, spacious and had a lovely view. Breakfast was very nice with a good range of pastries, cereal, fruit etc. I really enjoyed the americano coffee.
This is a nice, bright, clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff and it is within easy walking distance of the main railway station.
No complaints!
Handy location close to main railway station and bus to airport and walkable into the main town (or a short bus ride). We were catching an early flight so location was an important factor in choosing this hotel. Warm welcome by staff on arrival and complimentary bottled water in fridge in room very welcome.
A kettle in the room to make tea/coffee would have been very welcome. Whilst the location is superb for train station and bus to the airport, it also means that there are relatively few cafes etc in the vicinity.
The staff was friendly and helpful, she gave us a map with places to see marked out and restaurants to eat at. The train station is close by too.
