Very clean, comfortable room, good water pressure for the shower, good breakfast with a lot of variety and protein offered.
It’s location. Personnel
We had a lot of snow. Plowing of the parking lot was awful. Almost nonexistent. I had to travel during the storm it was very difficult to get my car out due to poor plowing. A major tree removal company was prepositioned at the hotel for emergency services I believe. Their many large trucks took up many parking spaces. Making next to impossible to park. Once I had to park at an abandoned motel next store. I would probably stay there again however not if snow was expected
The breakfast was fair
I stayed two nights and they never cleaned our room. The toilet had been running and not flushing and no one came to look at it. By the last morning, it was t working at all
The floors all smelled horrible especially with a weed smell filling the entire hotel. when we told employees about the stench we had to wait for them to come to the front desk for almost 15 MINUTES. Once they finally arrived the man told us “I must have a better nose than you because I don’t smell it” and continued to walk back into the break area.during our experience employees were rude and cocky. For the two days we spent we had been charged almost 1000$ due to the fact customers had been leaving because of our hockey teams behavior although the hotel was completely empty when we arrived and was still empty when we left , we had followed all rules about bed schedules and if we could play knee hockey which we had been told we COULD PLAY and soon yelling at us and threatening removal.
NOTHING!
Everything about this hotel is horrible! The breakfast is atrocious and not edible. The toilets are low to the ground and barely flush. The sink was not draining properly. The carpet upon entering the room was badly tattered. If our check-in was not so late, I would have left and checked into another hotel. The only saving grace was the “shelter” kept us out of the cold.
Everything was great. No complaints! Breakfast was awesome!
Breakfast area was great. Food choices limited. Scrambled Eggs appeared ‘synthetic’ - likely poured from a cartoon, but tasted OK.
As above
Friendly greeting and quick check in
No issues
