What I didn't like were the extra fees , parking was high

Gorgeous hotel for the price. Great staff. Location was perfect.

Poor customer service. Even though the company that hired me took all the steps to book me ahead of time and have everything arranged appropriately, as soon as I got to the hotel from a late international flight, the hotel front desk representative informed me that the hotel had overbook and that I needed to go to another hotel. To be fair, they did arrange transportation to the other hotel, but I ended up sleeping only 3 hours before I had to get up and deliver a full day of training.

I know Hyatt can do better and will love for them to elevate the custoemr service experience for other executives.

Overall it was great! It was clean, price was great, and location was perfect.

They don't tell you about a $25 parking fee in advance. I was told by person who checked me in he was not going to charge me for parking until the next day as it may be waived. He charged me when I checked in.

We stayed here on 2/22 during an incredibly stressful situation — my 86-year-old mother had fallen and broken her leg and needed surgery the next morning. With a storm (ahem, blizzard) approaching, we chose to stay close to the hospital. She was wheelchair-bound, and managing everything was not easy.

The staff was extraordinary.

A young man in the parking area immediately stepped in to help with all of our luggage. A manager (short blonde haircut) personally made sure we were settled and comfortable. The next morning, two security guards dropped what they were doing and kindly helped me get my mother safely into the car.

Every interaction was warm, professional, and compassionate. In a very difficult moment, their team made all the difference.

Truly grateful for the care and kindness we experienced here.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Morristown as part of a work/school trip. I was a little apprehensive based on the age and exterior look of the priority that it would feel dated and old. I was pleasantly surprised as my room was very modern, extremely large, and very pleasant to spend the night in. Overall, it was good example of a refurbished legacy property. The staff was also very helpful and polite. I was particularly interested in if they had a Peloton and the desk agent had someone show me where it was

Hyatt Morristown is in the center of Morristown near restaurants. It is an elegant hotel with immaculate rooms. The public bathrooms were super clean. The conference rooms are big and the staff is accommodating when it is too cold or too hot. The best part of the hotel is the staff, who are accommodating, helpful and attentive. The hotel is pricey, but Hyatt member rates are good. The AMC movie theatre is next door and convenient for a rainy or bad weather day. We were on a high floor, so I did not hear much traffic or noise from the street. There is a cafe with Starbucks coffee downstairs in the lobby (the staff is wonderful and fun!). There are also quick serve and healthy food places like Toastique and Playa Bowl nearby.
