The customer service was awful at the reception I was waiting for over 30 mins for checkout which is ok and then when I finally got served to check in the lady at the desk was really rude and said that another couple who were sitting down were infront of us and she beckoned them over but they arrived after us and she didn’t even check to see my booking she just dismissed me
