Pros:

Location was great, the train station, metro and buses right across the road. Really busy outside but I couldn’t hear anything from the room (I stayed on the 5th floor)

Cons:

Pillows were too soft, no support at all. The carpet looks dated.

Excellent central location, great base for exploring the city

Cons:

Was very warm in all areas of hotel, rooms, bar area, reception and breakfast hall. Probably more of a personal thing as prefer things to be cooler than warmer. In my case could only lower room temp by opening windows and being so central was a small amount of outside noise
