Cons:

The photos of the hotel were taken about 15 years ago. When we checked in, the furniture and the floor were sticky—it felt as if the same rag had been used to wipe down both the floor and the furniture. The air conditioner smelled strongly of mold, so we had to turn it off. This place is not worth $80+ a night. A terrible place.

Cons:

In short... Extremely low maintenance quality standards.
Very poor housekeeping and management over maintenance and housekeeping outside and especially inside.
Front desk was
A seemingly racist staff. (Would treat colored guests extremely different than Caucasian and other ethnicities)
Unsanitary breakfast area, (staff seen setting lid on dirty counters and placing over new food) (area and floor extremely dirty and not well kept)
In the room was extremely dirty. Lots of dust and what looked like mold in areas next to fridge, behind and around beds.
Floor was extremely sticky in the room and bathroom area.
One major issue was the toilet coming off the floor. It would tip and leak when leaning slightly to the side.
Broken shelf barely held together causing a safety issue.
The room itself smelt very bad and although we are pet owners, we all left with some sort of allergic reaction.
Several electric hazards including outlets and the electric for the ac. (As a dog friendly room, this is very dangerous..

Outside. Lights falling off the building, broken glass everywhere including in front of side access doors.
Cigarette butts everywhere as well as lots of trash. Exterior
Paint and trim in very bad condition,
Lots of water intrusion areas.

Savannah is great but I wont be returning to this location.
Pros:

The location and the room was okay. The water pressure was terrible.

This hotel is terrible
Pros:

Nothing. Place to sleep about it. Not comfortable or clean. Musty and mold smell. This place needs a good cleaning or airing out.

Cons:

The room was musty and smelled of mold. Staff was not friendly. Was told if we ate breakfast had to be in dining room only. Only 2 towels and wash clothes left. Had to ask for more. 3 people out sightseeing Do not want to share these things! They had even asked how many people! Do the math 3 people 3 towels 3 people 3 wash clothes or a few extra would be nice. I would not recommend or to stay there and I would never stay there again!!
