خدمة الموظفين وتعاملهم سيى للغايه وعدم التجاوب من قبل موظف الاستقبال وعدم تواجد موظف خدمة الغرف وعدم السماح بدخول الاطعمه من خارج الفندق واذا وصل مندوب التوصيل يقومون موظفي الاستقبال برفض دخول مندوب التوصيل او تكليف اي موظف من موظفي خدمة الغرف بتوصيل الطلب بل يقومون بتواصل بنزيل لكي يخرج من غرفته لاستلام الطلب على عكس الفنادق الاخرى
