Good location close to the sea and the promenade. Spacious rooms.If you get a good room, the view can be quite nice. Although the hotel is somewhat outdated, the rooms are large and comfortable.
The staff service was poor.
I arrived early in the morning and had to pay an extra early check-in fee. Despite that, I waited over an hour for the room at 5 a.m. — allegedly because they did not have any clean rooms available and needed time to clean one. Nobody informed us when the room was finally ready.
The pool area with sunbeds had no umbrellas. There was no information that towels were available at the fitness center, and there was no possibility to buy or even get water by the pool.
Overall, this is not a vacation-style hotel but rather a religious-oriented property. The service standards are far below European expectations. In general, I would not recommend this hotel for a stay.
