عموما كانت الإقامة ممتعة

كان افطار العيد في القاعة الكبرى راااائعا ، وكان قرب مسجد صلاة العيد في الفندق جدا جمييل ، وحتى صلاة و خطبة العيد توفق فيهما الإمام ، لم تكن طويلة مثل المساجد الأخرى ، عموما كانت اقامتي في الفندق ممتعة .

مع اني عميل تميز و حريص على نظام المغادرة أزعجني انصال الاستقبال لترك الغرفة عدة مرات

للأسف كانت تجربة أكثر من سيئة ولا يستحق الفندق سوى نجمتين فقط

الفرش قديم ورائحته كريهة لانعدام النظافة
الطعام سيء وغير طازج سواء في مطعم السفينة أو الصالة التنفيذية والقهوة حليبها متعفن تسبب لي بتلبك معدي ولا يوجد تنوع في الطعام مقابل الأسعار المرتفعة
خدمة صف السيارة أعادوا لي سيارتي بعد نهاية الإقامة متسخة من الداخل وعلى المقاعد أثار أحذية متسخة
وكذلك التعامل ليس هناك أي اكتراث برضا العميل وجودة الخدمة

لكل النزلاء انتبهوا من الاطلالة الجزئية.. حجزت سويت السلطان وانا سبق نزلت فيه .. كانت الاطلالة قبل ترد الروح على البحر مباشرة .. وهاذي المرة اعطوني اطلالة 👎🏼👎🏼 طبعا اتنكدت وكمان ولا بسعر السويت .. حجزته لاختي علشان ترتاح وتقابل البحر .. لقيت أرض فاضية ضيقتني واحزنتني.

لم يكن هناك تعاون حتى الدخول دخلوني الساعة 5 عصر
من اول ما دخلت الفندق نكدوا عليا .
نزلت في جوديان رد سي كانوا ألطف من اللطف .
المهم انا استأت جداااااا من الحجز كامل .. حتى الأكل اكلت أختي في مطعم السفينة والله خرجت مريضة 😡👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

بط الاستقبال عند دخول الغرفه وتأخير الاستلام والأكل بالدور ال 12 والزجاج بالدور 12 غير نظيف من الخارج مما جعل المنظر غير جيد مسبح النساء السونا لا يعمل
