Disappointed
Pros:

I observed an employee with a brown complexion, sleeping on a couch during what appeared to be working hours. I also observed what appeared to be the same employee using the hotel pool with her boyfriend after business hours instead of performing her job duties. She had already told me that the pool was closed when I came down at 11, but when I went to vape in my vehicle she was there in the pool.

During my stay, I went to the restaurant with my wife and sat on the patio. I noticed that your bartender with the curly short hair was drinking and smoking cigarettes with another guest. Not only is this disrespectful, but I thought Hilton had a smoke free policy. I've witnessed this on several occasions, but my wife pushed me to send this email because this women was making advances towards me as well. I'm guessing because she was under the influence.

Cons:

The toilet ran and the bathroom door was squeaky when open and close. On Friday night someone knocked on our door and ran. Probably some kids playing around.

Comfortable, fun, and convenient.
Pros:

Krista, Jennifer, and the young man who made breakfast they were awesome!!! Front desk was also helpful with checkin.Professional and friendly. Property was close to the softball field and it was easy to find. It was also in a great location near food, shopping, and fireworks.

Cons:

The door in our bathroom did not close or lock properly. Didn’t enjoy having to pay 16 plus dollars with tax for breakfast. Rooms are very costly now and most use time away with children. To pay over 50 dollars for breakfast is a big deal. Many hotels include breakfast and you are a premier accommodation for people who travel. Still trying to understand why you charge so much for your breakfast and that is not a buffet. Lastly you do not take into consideration people that are diabetic all your drink selections have high sugar content and then as a type 1 diabetic we have to purchase a 3 dollar drink that now puts breakfast at 20 dollars. Try to reconsider the value of your customers.

My stay was phenomenal 😁
Pros:

I enjoyed the staff. They were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the hotel, it was quiet, clean and very well kept.
