Extremely pleased with my experience!
Pros:

Coordinating and confirming our business meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn Rock Hill and dealing with Rebecca Sheppa was such a pleasure. Everything was perfectly executed and the level of service was superb. Definitely recommended!

This venue is amazing and I will like to say thank to Rebecca she helped us create a special day for our mum's 70th surprise party
She made everything seemless and hassle free for us. I will 10/10 recommend. Their services were top-notch, and I truly appreciate it. God bless

Not worth the money for 2 days!
Cons:

We had to switch room twice. The first room had old water damage on the ceiling and wall. The paint on the wall was bubbly and coming off. That room was on the highway side and was extremely loud. Also, there’s an ac vent inside the shower which I thought was odd because it doesn’t blow anything out. The second room they switched us to had an infestation of ladybugs. Apparently that’s normal for this time of year. The third and final room was better. However, the ac unit was so loud, the toilet was running off and on all night and the refrigerator would make a loud noise when cooling. By this point I was exhausted and just dealt with the room. Definitely not worth the money I spent for 2 days.

We had our annual sales meeting here at the Rock Hill Hilton Garden Inn. Rebecca was great to work and plan the event with. Extremely responsive, a quick problem solver, and worked to accommodate all of our request - including adding two more rooms the week we were set to arrive. The staff was also incredibly attentive, fast to respond, and very professional. The rooms were comfortable, food was good, and all at a great rate. We look forward to returning in the future!

Just an average stay… nothing special.
Pros:

My husband and I laid over at this hotel in route to the Charleston area. After a decent stay the year prior at, we were a little taken aback when we entered our room during our recent stay and found that the bed had been slept in. It had been made up as to appear that it was turned over with freshly laundered sheets. The desk attendant was quick to find us a new room. Our new room was decent. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the noise from the expressway was loud.

Be aware! Their little continental breakfast (typically included at most hotels of this caliber) was NOT included. I learned the hard way after requesting a box to add a few bagels for the road.

Excellent Experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience. As a planner I was impressed with the communication of the sales office. They did everything they could to accommodate our out of town wedding and show our guests a great experience.
I would highly recommend this location.
