Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

I had dead roaches in my bathroom, also one of the beds appeared to already be slept in, and the cover and sheets were not changed! All in all it was a terrible experience

The inconsiderate guest running and screaming down the halls at all hours of nights. The location right beside a train that ran all night long.

Ok, but not enough amenities.

Trash not emptied, ran out of toilet paper(was only about an eighth of a roll when we arrived, mo spare) did not receive housekeeping visit so no extra towels either. We had a teeny roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex, no towels of any kind for kitchen area. Had to supply my own.
