Cons:

The room had visible trash on the ground, there was hair in the bed and shower, and food debris in the sink. Literally stay anywhere else, we spent the night because it was late and we only needed to sleep for a couple of hours.

Size of the spa tub

Cons:

Breakfast-the juices were watered down, the waffle mix was running and the waffles didn't turn out correctly, the fruit was over ripe and the "hot" food (eggs, sausage and hash browns) were not really that hot. They were barely warm and over cooked.

Great location. Updated. Good breakfast facility. No large common area for gathering. Single bedroom had a great couch

The location, ot was quiet and felt away from the noise of the street.

Cons:

Well, fridge was not working but the staff was helpful and replaced the fridge. The tile on the tub was coming off. Floors were sticky. The jets to the "spa tub" wouldn't turn up at all so only got a very little rummble. The tissue box was not for having a box over it as it did not fit properly and just looked cheap.
Very disappointed as I have never experienced a problem at any other best western. It was disappointing. The breakfast was not very good, the coffee was terrible and we left to go get coffee because there was no coffee maker in the room. I was not pleased the over pricing. I will stop staying at best wrsterns and not use booking.com for anything. Thos room was way more than it was worth. We work hard for our and $444 for a weekend in that hotel was disappointing 😞 BTW the spa tub barley came on and you couldn't adjust the the jets they were stuck barley blowing so that was a total waste. The tile coming off it and I paid this for a quality stay and you fell short.
The breakfast is not bad in its offering to an extent. The waffle area was not very clean, they ran out of plates, orange juice and apple juice was super watered down. I was just disappointed and felt misled

It was okay for a quick stay but definitely not worth the money.

The breakfast was okay, very quiet hotel, staff attempted to be accommodating.

Cons:

I booked a king bedroom with a couch that turns into a bed for four people. I was not provided with stuff for the second bed I had to go ask and the first set that was provided to me had hair all over it so I know it was not clean. My bathtub also did not have a stopper in it, And after contacting the front desk for one they did not have one, so I was unable to take a bath after driving for hours. The pool was un functional and it's definitely in season. They had it locked and unclean.

A nice decent hotel, especially if you like to swim and catch a movie later.
Pros:

Nice rooms, very clean, comfortable bed, has a fridge and microwave. A nice closet to hang your clothes. There’s cameras around the inside of the hotel. They have lights next to each side of the bed. It has a beautiful pool and a place to chill outside. There’s things to do nearby, places to eat and a very nice movie theater just down the hill.

Cons:

The stairs, although carpeted, make it feel a little wonky, thankfully, they have an elevator. Not enough parking spots closer to the rooms.
