Well we kids find a vape pen in the couch and the shower would not drain while I was taking a shower and there was stain on my the towel that was hanging there

This hotel was beyond my expectation. It was absolutely beautiful and clean!! Beds were so comfortable!!! LOVED the outdoor pool and the outdoor seating area. Free breakfast always a plus.

SCAM ALERT!!! Beware this Holiday Inn.
My son, my sister and I spent one night in a suite with two queen beds and a hide-a-bed couch. We were treated very well until about 6 hours after check out, when I received an additional $150 charge for hazmat clean-up of supposed feces in the shower drain. My son was the only one to take a shower (he’s 54 and DID NOT poo in the shower). We objected to this charge but it came down to the maid said she found fecal matter in the drain. It was sanitized before we were notified & of course, we can’t prove we DIDNT do it, so the charge remains. I had forgotten to leave a tip for the maid, and I suspect this was retaliation for no tip. It’s a “she said/he said” situation with no options.
This could happen to anyone with no recourse. Rent a room here at your own risk. Best to avoid it all together.

The stay was great. It was a one night trip, but would absolutely stay there longer if the occasion called for it. Staff was pleasant, the pool was wonderful, and the rooms were clean.

Conveniet from where were visiting. quiet. spacious . likded the area to set the suitcases off the flor.

We had trouble at check in. The front desk [grant] was very un professional/not very helpful. And At the pool, my 12 yo daughter was bothered by a drunk/unwell person, called her dumb and also called my sister a child rapist for no reason.
And when we reported it to the hotel attendant [Grant]he basically told us that we are lying and we should deal with it ourselves. So strange.
My family travels a lot but we will not stay here at Holiday inn and express in Lancaster. OH.
Very good hotel for the last minute booking I had to do.
