Awesome staff!
Pros:

All staff are amazing, helpful, and friendly. Specially Chatay, who is on top of everything and very kind. I stayed there with m'y family for a few weeks and we always felt safe and comfortable.

Exceptional service.
Pros:

Amazing staff, extremely helpful and kind. The manager goes above and beyond to assist. Everyone was very attentive from our arrival. Daily housekeeping is offered, so the room is clean and fresh. Delicious breakfast. We were lucky to find this place!

Staff was average as was breakfast. Room smelled like pets that musty pet smell. It was somewhat run down as well. I should have done my homework as it’s pet friendly stance. I was surprise the area was so sketchy as to safety especially after dark.

Pros:

This was an interesting stay. First night they were fixing the overhead lights in the parking lot. The elevator was out from the second night through the third day. The fire alarm went off for 30 minutes the evening of the fourth day. I thought the staff handled all of these issues well.
