Excellent hotel, roomy suites, exceptionally clean, fresh towels every day!
Pros:

The cleaning staff is amazing! Breakfast was very good but the staff could stay on top of what is running out, especially during the late rush 8:30-9am. The only complaint we had was the beeping sound coming from the FedEx shipping depot below the hotel and starting at 4:30am. We adjusted by I wish we had ear plugs. Other than that we were very happy with the hotel and helpful staff.

Pros:

Suite was roomy like a one bedroom apartment with comfortable bedding and useful housewares. The front desk staff were personable and responsive.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet lacked food diversity and what was there was tasteless. The hotel lacked an ice machine.

Avoid
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Staff had no motivation to help or resolve the problem. We were told to wait until next morning before they fix the bathroom issue ? So do I need to keep portable toilet with me?

Pros:

Cons:

Those who eat kosher can no longer come. Stop with the small boxes of cream cheese and butter and switch to a large jar that is not kosher.

Never booking here again.
Pros:

My CONFIRMED reservation was NOT honored. I drove 3 hours to get there and was turned away. I had to then drive 3 hours back home. Please look into this matter.

Cons:

The staff was nonchalant about turning me away, and didn't care that I was 3 hours away from home. They told me there was absolutely no room they could give me.
