Customer Service Savannah Style!
Pros:

More than adequate hotel near downtown Savannah. Stayed with friends and we found it easy to walk even all the way to the riverfront. Friendliest staff with excellent customer service, including the valet attendant. Cold ice water always in the lobby. The pool needed a bit of a clean due to pollen, otherwise our rooms were spotless. Housekeeping services the room each day and restocks towels, replenishes k-cups, creamer, and makes the bed. We enjoyed our 3 nights here very much!

The staff at the front desk were so helpful and pleasant. DeAsiah was especially fantastic. I would recommend this hotel just based on the staff. The site was clean and well maintained

Horrific!
Pros:

Horrific! Do not stay here! We spent 300 for a suite. Door would not shut, locks on doors did not work. Roach in bathroom. Smelled like bug spray in bedroom. Looked like someone wiped their butt on comforter. A/c didn’t work well. Absolutely disgusting! Checked out after being there 12 hours the kid who checked us out didn’t give a crap about our complaints!
