Ridiculous parking charges
Pros:

Location and hotel itself was good.

Cons:

So not only do you get charged by the hotel to park(39.00)but their valet service adds another 41.00 to park. That is ridiculous for 1 night to park that was more than half what the room cost for the night

That they put $100 hold on my card and I did not know about that and I thought the parking was included and it was not and the people upstairs kept on banging in the middle of the night and early in the morning

Disappointing for a Marriot Courtyard.
Pros:

Location was acceptable.

Cons:

What was adveristed as a resturant was really just a bar with bar food that was not good. The vaket service was awful, the frint desk clerk had to fine the valet to retrieve out car becasue he was sleeping.

The booking was supposed to include breakfast however I had to pay for breakfast. The room was humid and had a wet smell. Temperature was not comfortable.

Hats off to the kitchen staff!
Pros:

My husband and I recently made a return visit to the Savannah Courtyard Marriott and had a fabulous experience. The hotel is always clean and the entire staff is friendly and professional. The food is exceptional and the kitchen staff really made our stay a 10/10. Jasmine's personality was delightful and has a smile that warms the soul. Jamaica's special wing sauce and his crafted cocktails were out of this world. Best chicken wings ever!! Eric, another one of the bartenders also deserves a shout out. They were all such great conversationalists. This staff is top notch and we can't wait to travel there again soon!!!

Great visit to Savannah
Pros:

My Dad and I stayed here while visiting for my niece's graduation from SCAD. We had an amazing time with fabulous day trips. Our week stay at the Courtyard Marriott was exactly what we needed. The staff was fantastic. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel. Jasmine, Jamaica, and Eric were the best team in the restraunt EVERY time. They made us feel welcome and taken care of. We'll be back!
