Do not stay at this hotel - we booked it based on the website photos and reviews and arrived to find it absolutely filthy and in the midst of renovations. We were checked into a room that looked nothing like the room category on their website and were then told this was a 'renovated' room (awful). We were then given an unrenovated room that looked like the pictures except for being dirty, with scuffed and broken furniture. We tried to work it out with the management but were treated terribly. We checked out after one night (we had nowhere else to go until we found something the next day) and when we tried to get our points back for the stay (which was originally 2 nights) the hotel told IHG we had not checked out until 6:30 pm the following day - a barefaced lie, as we were out first thing in the morning and checked in to another hotel by midday. This hotel - it's condition and management - are a disgrace and an embarrassment to the IHG brand. We were never notified that the hotel was in the midst of renovation or would never have booked there.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Holiday Inn. The room was overpriced compared to other hotels in the area, and unfortunately, it didn’t come close to meeting even basic expectations.
The room was dated, dirty, and, worst of all, had roaches. I reported the issue to the front desk, but they didn’t seem concerned and made no real effort to address it. Their lack of urgency or even a sincere apology was incredibly frustrating.
Since it was late and I had no other option, I had to spend the night in the room despite the conditions. After my stay, I tried to speak with management, but no one was available. I left two voicemails and never received a call back.
The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete absence of follow-up made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I expected much better, especially considering the price. I would not recommend staying here.

There was no crib. Instead they were new ones outside in boxes still and we were promised a crib. Very unprofessional.

Breakfast options were great. More variety than most chains. The morning staff was very attentive to cleaning and replenishing food.
Location was convenient
This location was being remodeled but they had the area they were working on partitioned off, had good signage to avoid construction and we didn't hear any loud noise
When we arrived in the evening, there were 2 parties already waiting to check-in before us. They had been waiting awhile and there weren't many guests at the hotel judging by the few cars in the lot. They had rang the bell on the counter and still no manager. Had to track him down and he said he was the only staff there and didn't have the phone with him.
It was a quick getaway I really enjoyed the comfortability the employees were helpful..the breakfast was good the bed was comfortable and I love the water specially the hot tub and jacuzzi
