Overall good value and condition
Did not offer recompose for items that were in the room and not returned to my possession
Friendly staff, good location.
Photos were a bit misleading online
Staff is great even after hours
.
So you get what you pay for.
Check in was extremely friendly, the lady at the desk very informative and when I told her I read rules and everything online then she became even friendlier lol.
I was surprised that my bed was very comfortable for 70 a day.
The room was decent size. Outdated tho, needs a little remodeling or painting. The rugs in room and hallways need to be changed, but people will trash it pretty quick probably, so there’s that. Very convenient. The fact that I can cook my meals a huge help.
Overall everything went great. I’d deff stay again but probably will not happen cause the reason I stayed there is that I was looking for a place to buy and move to next year and I found it.
Affordable, clean and friendly.
Nothing
The hallway smelled of weed, there were needles on the floor, I was offered drugs in the parking lot, and there were loiterers all over. It did not feel safe and was just gross. Nothing available to use in the kitchen to eat, so the pictures are misleading. One of the worst places I have ever stayed, but you get what you pay for, I guess.
Wasn't what i expected.
Would work with me on check in despite an emergency coming up on my end. Wouldn’t make exception to check in rule. Had to eat the cost and had my reservation canceled for “No show”
My room stunk, terribly. Like someone very dirty had been allowed to stay there for too long. Maybe years. At times, I felt sick in the room due to the odor.
I just needed a place to crash for a night while traveling.
The smell! Stained/dirty upholstery on furniture.
Good facilities..
Very clean. Nice room.
No complaints.
Excellent offering for a budget price. Comfortable and clean place. Just be aware that checkin counter closes at 7 PM!
Only thing to like is how close it was to a mall and pretty much every store available within mins. Dislikes are, terrible wifi, no breakfast, terrible maid service, awful office hours, too many drug users and riff raff people wandering in parking lot at all hours of the time!
I used to stay here every Saturday no problems. This Saturday I find out that I am on the Do Not Rent list for smoking in the room. Mind you, I do NOT smoke and have never smoked cigarettes. I contacted corporate and corporate told me I had to talk to the manager. I was told today by the front desk girl there’s no manager and she won’t be back for maybe even 6 months. And that the housekeeper probably mixed up rooms since she has to do 150 rooms but to quit trying to get off the list they never take anyone off even when it’s a mistake.
Even the Saturday front desk person, Aaron was surprised I was on the list and even said I’ve never been a problem. I’ve been denied the ability to talk to any other manager about this. I feel like this is completely unfair and super frustrating-this was my favorite hotel!
Very good location, reasonable prices
