InTown Suites Extended Stay Colorado Springs

It is a hotel that probably needed a whole new rehab to meet current brand standards, so that brand just built a new one and sold this one. You can see water damage in the bathroom (rust) and wear and tear on the kitchen cabinets, but it was all clean. Currently being used as a nightly, weekly or monthly rental, it certainly is a place that fills a need. Therefore, there were people just hanging around outside during the day, which made it look a bit questionable. Be sure and get there to check in before it is too late. The front desk closes and does not open until the next day. It was closed when we left.

I wouldn't know!! It was over booked and was told to find my own hotel.. so ended up sleeping in my car

You can tell that people stay there that don't care about others property. The whole place needs updating. You get the idea that owners are only in it for money. The floors could have been cleaner in kitchen area. The lady at desk was rather unfriendly at first but got better.

room was not ready at check in. I had to wait 45 minutes. the room smelled like urine maybe from a cat that previously stayed. not able to switch rooms since the lobby was closed during the Labor Day weekend. room access card didn't work twice. the front desk employees really tried hard to provide good customer service during check in.

Wouldn’t let me change sheets and had bad service

How I got kicked out and banned from my own hotel room for no reason whatsoever. And then to top it off about 2800$ worth of my belongings then disappeared after they kicked me out because they wouldn't let me go back to my room and acquire them.

Everything was awesome

Terrible room. Nothing close to the picture on Booking.com. Total scam to post the picture compared to the room. Hard bed, noisy refrigerator, extremely small, worn drapes with light shining through. I entered room and looked around and said, No Way. Immediately cancelled. After waiting over 1 month for refund front desk said I would get I had to finally cancel my credit card. Booking.com kept calling for me but got no results except told they had processed my refund but I never got it. I asked Booking com to audit the advertisement or take it down.
