Good value hotel with good amenities.
Pros:

It was an excellent location for us to meet with family and go to the funeral of a family member.
Room was spacious. A/C worked well, although a bit noisy, but not too bad. They have a workout room, which was decent enough to get in some cardio on threadmill and use some weights. Easy to get to.

Cons:

Breakfast could've been a bit better, but it was decent. Shower in room needs some work-there was enough pressure, but could've been more-as the lever from faucet to shower wouldn't fully engage, so there was still water running from faucet while shower head was on.

Bad attention at the entrance an Asian lady even looked ugly at my son.
Pros:

The service in the rooms super fabulous but the attention at the entrance there is an Asian lady who looks ugly at the customers treats the workers badly and I don't see that well really they shouldn't have staff like that. He was also aware of what I ate as if I hadn't paid for it.

Our room was clean and the bed was soooo comfortable. The staff was very friendly and never made us feel like we were bothering them if we had any questions.

Nice location
Pros:

It was clean in the room. Comfortable bed. I liked the brand of toiletries and the soft close toilet lids. Also liked the light switches illuminated when turned off so you can easily find them. And the night light in the bathroom.

Cons:

The hallway carpets were outdated and needed to be cleaned. The view from our room faced the back parking lot and construction and the building next door blocked the sunset view.

Amazing Stay!
Pros:

Wonderfully located hotel between Clearwater and downtown Tampa. A lot retail stores, restaurants and convenience gas stations around the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean, organized, well equipped, quick and friendly service. The rooms are modern, large comfortable bed/pillows, large containers of shampoo/body wash, microwave and fridge. Quite area, no noise problem, and great value! The full breakfast is excellent, fresh all the options you can think of from the classics of eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, French toast, pancakes, and fruit/nuts/granola/yogurts, juices, and coffee/tea station (24hrs) with complimentary cookie station! The ladies who take care of the breakfast are very friendly, helpful and truly take care of you! God bless you all and thank you.

Get room 411 if at all possible.
Pros:

We stayed here one night at the end of our vacation for this year in Florida. We arrived very early and were informed our room was not yet ready. Our fault, not theirs; we were three hours early. We asked for a Mexican restaurant in the area and were directed across the parking lot to a new location that was excellent.

When returned from a great me. The hotel clerk gave us room 411, and it has to be one of the most wonderful hotel rooms I have stayed in at this price range. Yes when we return next year we will be staying here and asking for room 411.

It was good.
Pros:

Location of the facility to the port of Tampa, the room was very nice, and the cleanliness was great!

Cons:

The breakfast options has seriously changed not for the good at this location. Holiday inn express is know for having great breakfast but all that was available to me and my family was fruits. Very underwhelming to say the least.
