Great breakfast and location to the University.

Cons:

Our room smelled like mildew and felt damp. My son walked around the room in his socks and soon they were black. We did not remove our shoes in the room.

The hotel was very accommodating

Cons:

The shower curtain in the room was less than ideal. It had to be in the exact right position or you would flood the bathroom during a shower.
