Average at best.
Pros:

It seemed and felt clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was ideal if you plan to visit the Spruce goose museum.

Cons:

It could use some upgrades. The TV didn’t work right until staff came to fix it. The in room refrigerator was so noisy and I couldn’t turn it off. Had to move a cabinet to unplug it. It was so loud even during the day I had to turn up the TV. The showerhead was more like spitting at me. The provided breakfast was a joke and not good at all. I would’ve been better off going next-door to McDonald’s.

Never stay at this hotel. There’s a Comfort Inn down the road. Stay there instead.
Pros:

It was smelly, the breakfast was absolutely terrifying and the front desk clerk wanted to charge me for an extra night to check in early. Few you minutes later he’s outside the front door smoking. Totally unprofessional. The hallways had a terrible smell. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Mild in the bathroom.

Pros:

Room was fine. It was clean but it sure needs some updating. There was no bedlamp by my side of the bed.

Pros:

What i enjoyed is where the location of the stay was at.

Cons:

When I went to take a shower the water didnt drain very quickly. Breakfast was a bit cold and not that well made.

Clean, good- gym was a let down though!
Pros:

AC was great, room was clean and comfortable, I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Cons:

The gym was very small; the fan inside did not work. There was only one treadmill, one bench press, and an exercise bike. The room is connected to the pool entrance, so that was a bit awkward/inconvenient. I noticed other guests decided not to use the exercise room due to the layout and circumstances.

If all you want is close proximity to water park this place is ok.
Pros:

We stayed at the Red Lion because of the closeness to the wings and waves water park. The staff was pleasant.

Cons:

Pull out couch mattress was stained, no room service, bed was not changed or made during our stay, breakfast was mediocre, hotel hot tub didn’t work and overall smell of the place was old and musty. Just not cleaned. The hotel can be old, but a thorough cleaning is needed.

Over priced
Pros:

The location is fairly close to down town.

Cons:

The spa tub has several cracks. The curtains have brown stains on them. The towels are really rough and scratchy. Not at all worth $300 a night.
