Over priced
Pros:

The location is fairly close to down town.

Cons:

The spa tub has several cracks. The curtains have brown stains on them. The towels are really rough and scratchy. Not at all worth $300 a night.

Completely adequate accommodation in an excellent location.
Pros:

Comfortable and convenient. Spacious room with couch seating, a real plus! Refrigerator and microwave. Early access to coffee and hot water in the morning. Good bed.

Cons:

Breakfast was very unappealing with meager choices. Terrible small and skimpy towels, no rubber tub matt provided to prevent slipping (it’s supposed to be an accessible room!) insufficient staff to staff the front desk. Parking area behind is subject to littering (both days of of stay) but hotel staff do not clean it up!

Staff was great! Pool was great! Breakfast was great! Place needs a bit spiffing up to be charging those kind of prices!
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Paint peeling off the wall in bathroom. No comforter just a blanket wrapped in sheets. Bed was not comfortable. Felt run down!

Over priced for what we got.
Pros:

Friendly staff and long pool hours

Cons:

The hotel was old and needed a remodel. The suit I paid extra for had an old fold out couch that was very uncomfortable. The mattress only measured a few inches. The breakfast was sad.

We wouldn’t stay here again, I would pay the same if not just a few dollars more and go into town.
Pros:

The location was great for being close to the wings and waves water park, and McDonalds, especially on Sunday morning when they decide not to do breakfast until 7 at the hotel 🤦🏼‍♀️

Cons:

There were homeless living in the parking lot behind trees, there were more than a handful of pike could tell definitely lived here, with their pets, the smells were crazy on the 1st floor 🤢
