Got a good night’s sleep in a clean bed with clean shower, washcloth and towels at a very reasonable price.

Place is ok. People suck.
Pros:

There isn't any breakfast.

Cons:

Staff was rude and unwilling to work with us. Staff doesn't honor guest wishes. Very intrusive

Disgusting
Pros:

I liked that the water in the shower was hot.

Cons:

As soon as I walked in, I spotted two live baby roaches in the bathroom. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. There was an actual spring visibly sticking out of the side of the bed. The floor was disgusting, like it hadn't been mopped in ages. The smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling, with nothing but bare wires showing. The gentleman at the front had all the personality of a used boot, and looked as such. All in all, an extremely gross, unpleasant experience.

Pregnant roaches on wall while taking shower, people got muddy clothes on balcony, tub dirty, toilet water like urine, bed smelling, holes in wall I was scared a rat bite me it's not sanitary not at all

Didn’t like it at all, wasn’t worth the money I paid.
Pros:

It allowed me to smoke cigarettes in the room

Cons:

Need remodeling very bad. Asked for fresh sheets and I would change them myself and bring to old ones to the office was not allowed. House keeping just open the door with their key without knocking.
