Atendimento, em todos os setores, feito por pessoal solicito, simpático. Ambiente acolhedor e relaxante. Longe de pontos de turismo. Necessário automóvel para se locomover.

Hotel is quite far from the town of badajoz so you need a car but parking isn’t always great . The staff at reception are nice . The rooms are spacious but there are no complimentary items such as you generally expect like tea , coffee , and bathroom goods - this is a 4 star hotel apparently . The hotel on the outside needs some general maintenance when you look closely and the balcony on our room had broken tiles . Overall it was okay for a night stop over but glad I wasn’t staying longer

Lo cogí por Expedia y el momento del check no estaba incluida la mascota, me parece demasiado pagar 30 por el perro por una noche, menos mal que me dieron una habitación que no era de mascotas, la mesilla la parte de abajo llena de pelos, el baño con hormigas, debe ser que quien limpio la habitación tenía prisa, un hotel 4 estrellas, me parece demasiado caro, cuando veníamos de otro hotel en Sevilla 4 estrellas y ni punto de comparación y por el perro nos cobraron 10 euros por noche, teníamos hasta una cafetera en la habitación, agua, infusiones,etc

Hotel is very tired and in need of urgent maintenance. Have stayed in better hotels rated one star ⭐

I also order a burger meal and when it arrived it was 90% raw and uncooked. This is unacceptable from a chef working at this level of hotel. If you can't cook a burger,you can't even be called a cook and should be no where near a professional kitchen .

When the burger came back around 15 minutes later, it was steaming hot from the microwave and a shocking waste of money. The fries on the side returned completely cold, again totally unacceptable. Needless to say, there was no apology, no refund or no offer of an alternative food.

This is a great example of an abysmal level of customer service and from someone who will never use this hotel chain again in the future.

Do us all a favour and sack the chef!!

Este hotel es ideal para cualquier tipo de viaje, familia, pareja, descanso. El servicio es adorable, muy atentos y acogedores, y el entorno un remanso de paz. La piscina es ideal, prometemos volver.

Bon hotel belles prestations à tout niveau, mais un bruit incessant dans notre chambre (de l'eau qui coule sans interruption et sans savoir d'ou ce bruit provient)

Verdad que al final no se cómo funciona pues tuve que ingresar a mi madre el primer día que llegué y el último día l dieron el alta ,con desayuno incluido no volveré la verdad

Helt ok sted. Mad er gennemsnitlig - forvent ikke gourmet på restauranten. Pool og terrasse lækker. God til prisen.

Hotel distante do centro porem de fácil acesso, não é um problema. Limpo, café da manhã muito bom e completo, atendimento muito bom e uma paisagem maravilhosa. Único problema foi uma festa particular extremamente barulhenta mas que foi finalizada as 02:00 horas em ponto.

Sängen var inte heller så skön att ligga i, kanske berodde det på kudden???
