Need a noise policy with conciqences
Pros:

Friendly staff loverly food.

Cons:

In a family suite . And was their for our daughters competition. Room next door playing music loud till 10pm so went to reception complained they went up told them and went quiet for a while about 30 min then music banging on the wall and shouting till 11pm then had enough so asked to move but they said no more family rooms available we slept opposite side of the bed music stopped but talking loud ect didn't sleep well. Nore did the daughters just never had this problem before in a hotel. Just rude and as a family no consideration and to be told twice. Should be a noise policy in place so its mandatory after a time or they should be made to leave 🤔 other then that everything was fine friendly staff lovely food. And good location

Fanns inte så mycket att välja på. Lite fattig buffé frukost

Cons:

Receptionisten var väldigt otrevlig, var mer besvärad när man behövde hjälp än hjälpsam. Badrummet var inte så rent. Fanns ingen färdig blandat vatten i handfatet. Antingen var det brännhett vatten eller iskallt vatten man fick välja

Accommodation/corridors leading to rooms let the hotel down
Pros:

Location for rspb nature reserve.
Parking very good
Towels were fresh and clean smelling.
Staff friendly and pleasant

Cons:

Corridors to rooms very uninviting, gloomy, almost scary! Tiny room with 4ft bed for 2 people. One side of bed against the wall so had to disturb partner in the night for the toilet. Limited drink facilities: only 2 teabags provided. Could clearly hear our neighbour talking on phone in his room. Sorry, but the accommodation side of the hotel is dismal.
Room had "shake n vac" aroma which is overpowering when trying to sleep.

Pros:

The place is nice , great location,lobby is beautiful, breakfast was nice

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable,pillows were flat,did not sleep.
Please invest in better pillows at least.
And night staff should be more friendly,a smile wouldn't hurt

We traced from Plymouth all surrounding areas have what we needed gated car park. Looks good the ground entrance and rec

Wouldn’t stay again, but recommend for cheap and cheerful.
Pros:

Staff are lovely, reception has clearly been upgraded and inviting downstairs

Cons:

The rooms need the same upgrading, although clean it appears so so run down. Windows, flooring, bathroom seals need modernizing. Other modern hotels are not far off the cost.
