Your staff are lovely. Friendly, hard working, and polite.
There was a good range of food for breakfast, both hot and cold food.
I know it was the honest day of the year, and yes, my room had a fan, but my room was as hot as the coals of he'll, as was the whole hotel. No where had air conditioning. The restaurant was a sauna, not conducive to enjoying a nice meal. As temperatures rise, if changes are not made, business will be lost.
Great location quiet room
Nothing
The hospitality
None very enjoyable
Great for a stopover on the way home from holiday with lovely garden, good food and plenty of parking.
Comfortable, location garden and on site facilities
The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly and the restaurant is very good. A little more variety for the Breakfast would be a bonus but generally all very good.
No complains
umfangreiches Frühstück in Buffetform
Dusche funktinonierte nur die Overhead, die Handbrause funktionierte nicht, auch am zweiten Tag nach Hinweis am ersten Tag und der Zusicherung es würde repariert.
Nice location with beautiful gardens
All very good apart from just a few loud guests.
Some of the guests were in the garden near our room and talking loudly and laughing loudly until 11.30pm and later preventing us from sleeping. In the morning I complained to reception but she just brushed it off, not sympathetic.
Rooms clean, although ours was smelly, but was sprayed with air freshener. Location and the curator of the place.
Bed too hard, did not sleep well, no AC to cool you down.
Everything was really good, lovely bedroom, good size, nice and clean, the breakfast was really good, lots of choice, very good selection, the staff were lovely, very polite, Sam was very helpful with his knowledge of places go and how to get there, I would highly recommend the hotel
Nothing it was a fabulous place to stay
All good
Lovely hotel, good location, friendly staff
Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food in restaurant for dinner and cooked buffet breakfast. Lovely outside terrace to enjoy rest of bottle of wine in the sunshine. Great location for us near to Blenheim for the flower show.
The bed was a bit hard for me as I have a bad back. The towel rail in the bathroom was on full blast day and night with no apparent switch in the room/ensuite to switch it off. As we were in the middle of a heatwave I kept the bathroom door shut as much as possible to keep the heat from warming the main room more. (Reported to reception.)
The hotel is lovely, comfortable and clean and the staff extremely helpful. Food was great too.
Great for a base for exploring the nearby Cotswolds etc
