Very welcoming rustic elegant charming, breakfast was delicious, definitely recommend

Buiten de zeer warme kamer, is dit een gezellig ingericht hotel met goede ligging om Oxford en de Cotswolds te verkennen

Goede ligging voor bezoeken Oxford en Cotswolds. Vriendelijk personeel, propere accommodatie, correct Engels ontbijt

Cons:

Kamer was heel erg warm mede door de zeer hoge buitentemperaturen.
We kregen de kamer ‘s avonds niet afgekoeld. Beschikbare ventilator was onvoldoende.

Nice! Convenient and would stay again
Pros:

Location was excellent with plenty of parking. Breakfast was good, the scrambled eggs particularly impressive.

The rooms could do with a tiny bit of love but they’re spacious

Ok hotel for a short stay if visiting Oxford or Bicester shopping mall.
Pros:

Good restaurant. Friendly staff at the bar. Good sized room (familyroom). Free parking.

Cons:

It is in the middle of nowhere. So not much to see pr do there unless you drive somewhere.

Comfortable and enjoyable in a great location but the dining experience (dinner) could have been better
Pros:

Large room; large, comfortable bed, lovely outdoor courtyard area, beautiful location

Cons:

Nothing big but little things like we often had to wait for staff at the bar and the food wasn’t brilliant and some had to be sent back. Also when we had a problem with one of the rooms senior staff weren’t always available and reception staff didn’t know how to deal with it effectively.

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen!! Hotel, Service, Lage, Freundlichkeit, Essen usw!! Preis stimmte für uns auch

Cons:

Die oberen Zimmer sind sehr warm im Sommer unterm Dach. Aber ein Zimmerwechsel war kein Problem. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage,dafür ein Ventilator

On the whole, very satisfactory.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The room faced the main road therefore was noisy because the windows were fully open. This was necessary due to the unusual heat and lack of air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the room was well maintained daily.

Cons:

Air conditioning would have been appreciated given the unusual heat.
