Muy mejorable…
Pros:

La ubicación, instalaciones muy nuevas (recién reformado), personal muy atento, limpieza muy correcta.

Cons:

Tiene mucho margen de mejora, pero actualmente NO tiene climatización ni aire acondicionado y en la habitación hacía bastante calor….nos hemos asado vivos, para poder estar razonablemente bien había que abrir la ventana y ya con el ruido de la calle era imposible descansar bien.

Except for the fluctuating shower, it was a pleasant hotel with pleasant staff.
Pros:

Location was ideal; central enough. The room was adequate except for the squeaking floors. Breakfast was tasty, especially the pancakes.

Cons:

The shower kept fluctuating from hot to warm to cold, sometimes even going down to a trickle as you bathe. That was not a nice experience. It almost stopped running once.

Very friendly staff at Hotel du Congres; hotel is located at short distance from public transport
Pros:

The venue is located in a pretty quiet area, still in the proximity of the metro station. Tram could be another choice for public transport. Very friendly staff at the reception desk.

Cons:

The very small bathroom was strange; I should have expected this, because the hotel is an adjusted residential building.
