Pros:

Hotel położony 15 minut spacerem od centrum, 5 minut od Katedry, obok tramwaje, knajpki, Carrefour Express, businessowe, dobre śniadanie, po tygodniu się trochę nudzi, ale kawa wyśmienita, ładny wystrój, pokój sprzątany codziennie (nowa pościel codziennie), klimatyzacja działa bezszelestnie. Prysznic jako monolit bez kafelek (super czysto). Żadnych grzybów i silikonów. Winda. Super hotel blisko Grande Centrale.

Cons:

W sumie mam tylko dwie trzy uwagi, odległość od łózka do ściany dość wąska więc jak ktoś ma problem ze stawami to może mieć kłopot. Materac za miękki (ale to kwestia gustu). I przydałaby się woda w pokojach bo ekspres i herbata jest. To drobiazgi, hotel mega.

Zentrale Lage; gut geeignet für Sightseeing
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt recht praktisch in zentraler Lage und profitiert vom anliegenden gemütlichen Place de la Liberté mit seinen vergleichsweise preiswerten Kneipen und Restaurants. Das Hotel ist von mehreren Bahnhöfen aus gut per U-Bahn erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist weitgehend "american" und entspricht dem üblichen Standard. Der Service ist höflich und freundlich. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass alle Räume des Hotels (Frühstückssaal, Flure, Lift und Zimmer recht klein und eng ausfallen. Alles kein Problem, wenn man viel unterwegs ist; wer sich etwas mehr im Hotel aufhalten möchte, sollte kein Problem damit haben, wenig Platz zu haben.

Cons:

Teils hört man den innerstädtischen Verkehrslärm. Alles völlig im Rahmen, aber wer sehr leicht schläft, sollte die Fenster eher geschlossen halten. Das Zimmer mit Fenster zur Südseite hat sich im Juli recht stark erhitzt und ließ sich leider nicht sehr effizient lüften.

Cons:

The day of my stay, the hotel was experiencing problems with the pipes, and there was no running water available. As a result, it was impossible to take a shower or even wash my hands in the room.

I understand that unexpected technical issues can happen and that some problems may be beyond the hotel’s control. However, I was disappointed by the lack of support from one of the reception staff members when I explained the urgency of the situation, as I had several appointments that day and access to a shower and other basic facilities was essential. I was simply told that we had to keep waiting, (ca. 3hrs) rather than being offered any alternative or practical solution. Also once the water was back, it was brown and it didn’t look safe to be used during the first hours.

I also asked about a reimbursement approximately two hours after checking in and once I realised the hotel situation but this was not possible.

I would like to mention that another member of the reception team was much more kind and attentive. He provided me with several bottles of water so that I could at least wash my hands. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name.

Overall, not a great experience. While I understand that technical problems can occur, I would have expected better communication, support, and assistance in such an unusual situation.

Prima hotel, centraal gelegen en in een leuke buurt.
Pros:

Ik verbleef in het bijgebouw, waarvan de kamers recent opgeknapt leken. Prima kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt. Hotel ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het centraal station en de Grote Markt en ligt in een rustige en leuke wijk. Cafés en restaurants in de directe omgeving.

Cons:

Alles was dik in orde.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff with everything you need and well connected
Pros:

Staff were incredibly supportive. Breakfast was really great. Staff were on hand to make hot drinks and the food was delicious. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Towels were changed every day. There was a pod coffee machine with pods topped up daily. The hotel also had a lot available from reception, including wine and beer. 3 rounds of drinks for 3 people cost us only £29!!!

Cons:

It wasn’t a big deal in the end but the shower was quite small. The flow of water was excellent but not a lot of space to manoeuvre.

Bona estada de 3 dies a Bruseles, hotel comfortable i personal molt atent.
Pros:

ens vam allotjat a l'hotel per 3 nits, no és al centre però és una zona agradable i també hi ha opcions de restauració molt bones. El barri és tranquil.

Cons:

no està al centre però s'hi arriba en un passeig de 15 minuts.
