Please note that the Deluxe Quadruple Room can only be accessed via stairs.

A private parking garage on-site is available upon request; a reservation is required. Price: EUR 25 per day.

Please note that parking in the centre of Bruges is not recommended, as the city is compact and parking time restrictions apply in different zones.

Parking is paid in the city centre from 09:00 til 20:00, and underground car parks are also available at 500 metres from the hotel for EUR 17.10 per day.

A large car park next to Bruges railway station costs EUR 7.10 per day and includes a bus transfer to a park-and-ride area just outside the city centre for 4 persons.

Please note that the Family Room with Private Kitchen is located downstairs and can only be accessed via stairs, while the Triple Room with Canal View is located on the third floor and can also be accessed via stairs.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Sehr schönes Hotel für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

neu renoviert, altes Haus, eher familiäre Atmosphäre, keine Touristengruppen. Zimmer hell mit 2 Fenstern zum Kanal . Bad / Dusche hell und recht gross.

Cons:

Beleuchtung im Zimmer nicht optimal, keine Tagesvorhänge, Nachttische sind Stoffhocker ( ungeeignet, weil keine gerade und harte Abstellfläche; zudem anfällig für Flecken beim Abstellen von Gläsern oder Tassen)

Comfortable stay, good breakfast and within walking distance of the centre of town
Pros:

Good location, private parking and very friendly staff

Cons:

The reading lights over the bed were a pain as they would not stay away and the light they gave off was minimal

Good hotel handy for the centre of Bruges
Pros:

Room was good and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Everything very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good with a wide choice and good quality.

Cons:

Hotel closed down too early in the evening. No problem getting in but it would be improved if it had restaurant/ bar in the evening.

Excelente alojamiento.
Pros:

Mi experiencia en el Hotel Augustyn en Brujas fue muy buena en general. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, ya que está a unos 5 minutos caminando del centro, pero en una zona muy tranquila junto al canal, lo que permite descansar muy bien por las noches.

Cons:

Lo único a considerar es que en recepción no hablan español, pero con inglés básico o traductor se puede resolver sin problema. La chica fue muy amable.

Friendly, comfortable hotel in a great location - would recommend.
Pros:

Hotel in great location easily walkable to the centre and sights. Staff were all really friendly and keen to help with whatever we wanted.

Cons:

Minor issues - the lighting within the room wasn't great, and some of the fixtures (coat hooks, sockets) weren't secured well or didn't work. Didn't negatively impact our stay!
