Please note that the Deluxe Quadruple Room can only be accessed via stairs.

A private parking garage on-site is available upon request; a reservation is required. Price: EUR 25 per day.

Please note that parking in the centre of Bruges is not recommended, as the city is compact and parking time restrictions apply in different zones.

Parking is paid in the city centre from 09:00 til 20:00, and underground car parks are also available at 500 metres from the hotel for EUR 17.10 per day.

A large car park next to Bruges railway station costs EUR 7.10 per day and includes a bus transfer to a park-and-ride area just outside the city centre for 4 persons.

Please note that the Family Room with Private Kitchen is located downstairs and can only be accessed via stairs, while the Triple Room with Canal View is located on the third floor and can also be accessed via stairs.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

A cama é extraordinariamente confortável. O quarto é amplo. Bom café da manhã. Boa localização. Staff amigável e resolutivo.

Central location, helpful messaging prior to our stay and good local restaurant recommendations

Cons:

The pillows are a bit strange compared to the bed quality. The bathroom had an odour, and the tube was quite slippy when showering.

Pros:

Everything. Nice location. Lovely room. Equipped with a kettle, courtesy coffee and cream. Air conditioner, amazing new bathroom. Double glass windows, therefore, quiet room. Has an elevator.

Cons:

Why not have a curtain in the shower to not splash water everywhere? C'mon Europe, you need to learn this amazing and technological solution.

Très bel hôtel, confortable et bien situé.

Cons:

Le plancher au-dessus de notre chambre n’est vraiment pas insonorisé. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver sommeil durant 3 nuits car le client du dessus marchait suffisamment fort d’un bout à l’autre de sa chambre et ce régulièrement. À l’accueil on nous as dit qu’il y avait eu deux clients au-dessus !!! Nous sommes des habitués des hôtels Booking et c’est la première fois que l’on rencontre cette situation. On peut bien tomber comme mal tomber. Il est à noter que la chambre est très propre et très confortable.

Infested mattress

Bitten all over my body by bed bugs, this also happened to a guy I,d never met, I told reception and was advised it was mosquito season , no one else apart from the guy above mentioned had no bites, and under investigation its wasn't even mosquito season, spoilt my whole trip and still feel unwell

Very convenient but rooms too hot.
Pros:

Location was excellent - 5 minutes from the main square. Offered car parking which was good for us. The bar is convenient and the beer I had was cold and delicious.

Cons:

Room had very limited facilities, no fridge, very tight bathroom, and was very hot. If you left your window open, mosquitoes could get into the room...and then disturbed sleep followed. At least a fan was provided, which is essential.
