El personal fue amable. A pesar de que al llegar todo parecía un caos, la estancia en general fue agradable. Las almohadas y colchones estaban un poco incómodos pero nada insoportable. Internet un poco lento

Todo muy bien

Excelente opción, bien ubicado, muy limpio y el personal es muy atento y simpático, todo lo que uno necesita cuando llega cansado de un largo viaje. Recomiendo!

Is a centric place

Todo bien. Cuarto y baño muy cómodo. Tremenda ubicación

Ar condicionado com vazamento de agua no quarto. Ficamos sem Wi-fi. Atendendes prestativas. localização excepcional.

Lugar incrível, no centro da cidade! Perto de tudo, fizemos tudo a pé, limpeza boa e bom atendimento

Excellent location everything is close

The bathroom smelled very bad. The bathroom had no heat and it was freezing in there. The sink was full of silicone glue everywhere. I could not connect to the internet (wifi) after several attempts.

La estancia muy cómoda y agradable, y muy buena ubicación

To begin with, beware. This is not a three star hotel as advertised. The sign on the front of the hotel clearly indicates a two star establishment.

On arrival we were told by reception that they had no record of our booking. The booking had in fact been made two months in advance of our trip and the hotel had sent several confirmation emails right up to the eve of our stay. It took until the following day to disentangle this particular problem. Not what you need when you are exhausted from travelling.

Never mind, how about a relaxing late evening watching TV? Sorry. The TV in our room carried no recognisable entertainment channels, Spanish public broadcasts or otherwise, only a selection of shopping channels, adverts for clairvoyants and similar delights.

For British readers, this is like having a TV without BBC, ITV or Channel 4. I am not even sure how this is possible.

We changed rooms after one night. The next room was graced with a state of the art monster of a tv. Still no channels however. We ended up using our own Netflix subscription.

There were no coffee making facilities in the room. There was no wardrobe for our clothes. There was no table. Three star hotel facilities ? I don’t think so.

Every time we left the hotel we were required, and I do mean required, to surrender our room key as if we were staying at a nineteen eighties Clacton boarding house. In 2024 this is not acceptable.

We enjoyed our holiday in spite of this hotel, certainly not because of it.

Localização perfeita muito próximo da Gran Via e da Porta do Sol. Hotel confortável, prédio antigo, mas com elevador e um banheiro bom.

Me gusta mucho la ubicación porque está a unos pasos de la Gran Vía , donde se encuentran muchas tiendas de ropa

Con 2 meses de anticipación hicimos reserva de 1 habitación con 2 camas. Cuando llegamos al check in nos dijeron que no habia habitación con 2 camas y que teniamos que acomodarnos en 1 cama !!. Despues de mucho discutir y exigir que respondieran con la reserva , nos dieron una pieza con 2 camas, no sin antes hacernos esperar 3 horas para la limpieza de la habitacion y amenazarnos con cobrarnos la reserva completa si decidiamos irnos (la reseva estaba pagada por anticipado).
Despues de que nos entregaron la habitacion, incluimos el desayuno. Nos dijeron que el valor era Eur 5 (2 pancitos minusculos tipo 1 bocado, 2 galletas diminutas, 2 pastelitos tipo bocado, 1 jugo envasado, 1 fruta, y 1 cafe en vaso papel (siempre frio) que habia que ir a prepararse a la recepcion y subir a la habitacion con la minuscula bandeja con el "desayuno".
Cuando hicimos el check out nos cobraron Eur 7.5 por el desayuno y nos dijeron que agradecieramos el precio porque a otros pasajeros le cobraban Eur 15 !!!
A nuestra salida dejamos las maletas en recepcion y cuando volvimos a buscarlas, solicitamos baño. Nos responden que el Hotel únicamente tiene baños en las habitaciones y que fueramos a la hamburgueseria del lado a pedir baño.
Somos 2 amigas, mujeres adultas y serias. Recibimos un MUY mal trato por parte del personal de recepción del hotel, especialmente una mujer joven que actua como recepcionista en las tardes. PÉSIMO TRATO.
SI algo rescato del hotel es su EXCELENTE UBICACION.

Mediocre property. They changed the wifi 3-4 times while I was there (I had to ask each time - no one informed me when it suddenly stopped working multiple times). Some of the staff was not particularly courteous. Housekeeping came in one day despite a "do not disturb" sign and acted surprised to see me inside.
