Fine stay..other than very deceiving, making us think breakfast IS included in the cost!

I didn’t get any cause It wasn’t included in my rate..Little did I know that before I came here, or else I WOULDNT have come here!!!

Very good value, loved having the restaurant onsite.
Pros:

A real bonus to have a restaurant onsite that we utilized for dinner when we arrived and then for breakfast the next morning. The food was fresh and very, very good. Excellent price for the room. The staff at the front desk and the person working the in the restaurant were top notch.

Cons:

The location is somewhat difficult to get to. You can see if from the interstate but tricky to get to the actual site.

The front desk was great, the breakfast was good, and facility was clean.
Pros:

I have NOT received my bill which I not happy with. I should have received my bill as I checked out or emailed to me.

Cons:

So far, everything is fine, but I have not received my statement.

It was food decent stay
Cons:

They need to pay attention to the little things in the room like chipped paint on the wall hiding behind a chair top of the ceiling is flaking and the couch in the room was ripped on top.

Pros:

The room was clean and the breakfast was okay

Cons:

The bottle of body wash was empty when we get there and I had to ask the front desk lady to get some. There was no refill of toilet paper.
There were some small stains on the wall in the room and hair on the counter by the TV.
The sausages for the breakfast buffet were burnt. The price of the breakfast buffet on booking.com is different than the actual price at the hotel.

Cons:

I was charged for a Pet Fee and I don’t own a pet, scared of pets, and allergic.

Also I was bit by a spider. I killed a couple in bathroom.

Disappointed that the breakfast was not free!

It was clean well decorated

Cons:

The only part I didn't like was the breakfast buffet was not free. It is the same as any other hotel and most if not all are complimentary. I was shocked that yours was not. Just across the parking lot at TRU my room was 20.00 less and my breakfast was free! We stayed there last week.
