There was few things that botherd me the unclean bathroom and one waiter who was little mean

Cons:

I was charged twice for a non-compliant room, and the staff refused to change the room even though there were available rooms. I tried to cancel, but at the reception they did nothing except tell me that cancellation was not possible. Booking.com charged me both the original room rate and a cancellation fee. Up until now, I have paid double for a service I did not use, even though I called Booking UK.

Warning!!! At this hotel, Booking.com only has one room that is uninhabitable — it's on the top floor next to the elevator.
This is the second time this has happened to me, but I won’t try this hotel again.
