This facility needs a huge overhaul--in cleanliness and in overall presentation (paint, furniture)
Pros:

We were able to check in at 2:30, a 1/2 hour ahead of posted check-in time.
Outside was well lit.
check out lady was nice.
Shower was good and hot.

Cons:

The room was filthy. There was a pair of men's underwear lodged against the wall by the refrigerator. You could see straight through the sheets.
The floor had obviously not been mopped for weeks.
I checked constantly for bugs and thought about checking out before we actually went to bed.We got up and left by 4:00AM.

Pros:

Room was decent, everything worked

Cons:

Door to room leading outside instead of inside the hotel. Club brother had a room leading inside for the same price as me. Mine felt more like a motel inside of hotel.

I will not stay there again.
Pros:

It was close to the school where I was going the next day for my grandson's play. Parking was good. Not anyone killed.

Cons:

I pulled back the covers and their were seeds from bagels being eaten in the bed clearly from the previous renter. When I checked in they said they were giving me a up grade which was nice I thought, but it was right by the information/check-in desk so you heard everything besides it was on the front side of the building where you heard traffic, it was so loud. The tile had fallen off as baseboards in the room and everything floors, beds and bath even the towels were visually not clean. If that was an up grade I would hate to see other rooms. I think I was kind giving this place a 3 only because we didn't get killed during our stay.

We would never use this hotel again in a nutshell
Pros:

There wasn’t much I liked about the property except the location.

It was absolutely filthy.

Check the room for bugs
Pros:

The location was great. 10 minutes from everything

Cons:

The first room was infested with German cockroaches (I’m a pest control tech by trade) the second room was decent for my needs. It smelled like cigar smoke (non smoking room) and I told the office so it wouldn’t be charged as my fault. It seemed they swept and mopped but the corners and behind nightstands looked like they hadn’t been touched in years with any sort of cleaning. The minifridge has rust all over the front like the damn thing had been underwater but it worked. The beds were very firm which I like but the bedding was old and thin. If I was traveling alone I’d have no complaints. I’m a simple man. But any woman in your life will raise hell. The desk staff was great.

Never again, Wyndham
Pros:

Not a thing ... and the breakfast was the bare minimum

Cons:

We have rarely if ever stayed in such a filthy, rundown room -- furniture scarred and broken, lamps rusty as were the taps, cigarette burns on the covers, 3 guest cockroaches. The tub / shower should've been replaced years ago. How you can charge people for such a 3rd world pig sty is beyond me. You should be ashamed--
