The room smelled of cat pee.

Carpet is beyond replacement- bed was stained, towels were stained

Seems like a refresh of rooms is needed

Breakfast was mediocre. Rooms could benefit from freshening up. When you enter the room smell of dust & stale carpet is noticeable.

Al mio arrivo scopro che una settimana prima il loro gestionale, senza nessun motivo, ha cancellato la mia prenotazione. Dal mio profilo Booking era ancora tutto confermato, mentre per la receptionist no. Le faccio vedere la conferma, ma non serve a nulla. La stanza c’è se la voglio, ma devo pagarla 40$ di più perché quello è il prezzo attuale. Faccio nuovamente notare che deve esserci stato un disguido perché a me non è arrivata nessuna comunicazione e infatti da app è ancora tutto confermato. Cerco di ottenere la stanza al prezzo della prenotazione, ma lei è irremovibile. Provo a telefonare all’assistenza prioritaria Booking, ma dopo aver speso soldi, tempo e stress a parlare con l’IA per farmi passare un operatore umano, mi viene detto che nessuno può prendere la mia chiamata al momento, forse perché in Italia è piena notte (ma non era un servizio attivo h24?!). L’unica cosa che ottengo dalla AI è il consiglio di far vedere la conferma della prenotazione al personale. Ci riprovo, ma ancora nulla quindi rassegnato, stanco e frustrato per la mancanza di disponibilità a risolvere un banale problema, mi rassegno a pagare di più. Poco dopo essere entrato in camera mi arriva la mail della struttura tramite booking per ricordarmi il mio imminente soggiorno presso di loro. Oltre al danno la beffa. Ovviamente ho scritto all’assistenza Booking spiegando tutto e chiedendo il rimborso, ma a distanza di oltre 24 ore non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna risposta. Tutto molto molto deludente. Viaggio tanto e sono Genius livello 3 da anni ormai e non avevo mai visto un tale livello d’incompetenza.

The aircon and fridge were noisy so we turned them off. We had to put a towel in the fridge while it defrosted, as there was so much ice buildup, and carefully empty out the tray in the tub.
We didn't have anyone servicing our room, though we were there for 3 nights. (But I was able to find a kind staff member in the corridor and get a dry towel.) When we were clearing up to leave, we found some other guest's notes down the back of the bed. There was some dust on the furniture, and the room smelled a bit like people used to smoke in it a long time ago. (But opening the window sorted it.)
The breakfast is apparently standard for this type of hotel, cooked but made out of processed long life ingredients rather than fresh. There was no bread or butter available, though there were bagels and cream cheese.

Im not sure I've ever left a bad review before but the people need to know that this place is very bad. We arrived and were given a our key card and went to our room. Turns out our room was someone else's room because there were clothes strewn all over the floor and belongings on the surface of the sink. We were lucky that nobody was there at the time!

When we went downstairs, the person at the desk couldn't even immediately help us, he had to call someone else and about 10 mins later we were given a new room with key cards that didn't work.

The fact that we paid what we paid for this place is nothing else other than a sign of the times. Do not go here.

A bit out of the way..,the last few miles around the airport were back roads... and we drive them at night in a storm!

Although it was the most reasonable price in the area .. I have stayed at better for less$$. Pricey for very standard accommodations.

The sink in room needs service since the water doesn't drain effectively. No soap in shower. Hard to get in the bath/shower since the rise to get in is too high.
