Great value, clean and cozy
Pros:

Kind staff, nice facilities, cozy and clean room, yummy continental breakfast

Cons:

Request for pillows at 7pm went unanswered until 1230am (when we were already asleep), hotel was likely very packed that weekend so there were no towels available after using the pool, no extras for room/shower

Hospitality, cleanliness, breakfast options, proximity to attractions.

Cons:

Noise below our room and outside of our windows. Crashing sounds from below. Racing vehicles on the street. Both throughout the late night and wee morning hours. Didn't sleep well due to the noises, not the accommodations.

Pros:

location is great for downtown eats and entertainment. Sauna is perfect for tossin' in a patio chair and feeling like a king without a queen.
Front desk staff are super-helpful. Jorelisse sets up a perfect stay with her helpful suggestions of things to do in Buffalo and handles my numerous issues with patience and expertise.
