Comfortable, accommodating, helpful staff.
Pros:

Had parking attached to the property, centrally located, even though it was right in the middle of the city it was still quiet in the hotel and you have to use your room key to even get on the elevator.

Cons:

It wasn’t posted of the fee to park in the parking lot. The amount of the room should have included one car to park there.

Great location for a great small city.
Pros:

The location was spectacular. It was walking distance to many popular spots like the Harbor Center or Keybank Arena. It had many sights and restaurants all walkable from the hotel. Location was safe and we felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. Staff were excellent and everyone was polite and knowledgeable. Very quiet at night. Pet and family friendly.

Cons:

Having to pay an additional $20 to park on site. There were two small stains on the sheets which I didn't like.
