Staff was very friendly and helpful
The subway sandwich shop at the location had a very strong smell. But I don’t like subway.
Jorelisse was very helpful during my stay , took care of all my needs and made sure my time was great .
Jore Lisse went above with her attention to Customer service. A true asset and great front line representative for Hampton Inn
Great experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful . Everything was clean and we got an upgrade just by chance. Would definitely stay again.
I was traveling solo, and Jorelisse at the front desk greeted me with a warmth and friendliness that I immediately felt welcome. While chatting, she asked if I liked architecture and recommended I visit the Darwin Martin House. I wasn’t sure at first because of the weather but I’m glad I went it was amazing. She also suggested Frankie Primes, which was wonderful for dinner. It was clear she genuinely enjoys helping guests. The only minor issue was not being able to control the heating in my room, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. Will return.
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly!
Jorelisse at the front desk took care of us from start to finish, helping us with our reservation and then being a welcoming and helpful presence during our visit.
Experience was great. Came for business, close to downtown. Able to catch a Sabres game and go to some great restaurants. Staff was super helpful and accommodating, as well as friendly. Jorelisse offered to help me print something out I needed for a meeting. Great experience!
Staff were extremely helpful and kind

Hubby and I were on a business/couples trip since it was Valentine's Day and President's Day weekend. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was a King suite with a fireplace. Very Nice room with a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negatives were the pillows, which were too soft and the bath towels we had were stained. Two things that can easily be fixed. We actually contacted the GM (Davy) and he was very accommodating and had new towels brought to our room. The location is downtown next to the Embassy Suites. There is a Starbucks across the street as well as another coffee spot, and a neighborhood bar, I think its called Sidelines Bar. Also, in walking distance is a great Italian restaurant with a great happy hour.
Great staff, very clean, convenient location, close to public transport, large rooms, indoor pool and spa, breakfast options.
The fireplace broke on the first night, which was a bummer but the staff worked hard on getting it fixed
