Great Hotel and Great Staff
Pros:

Hubby and I were on a business/couples trip since it was Valentine's Day and President's Day weekend. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was a King suite with a fireplace. Very Nice room with a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negatives were the pillows, which were too soft and the bath towels we had were stained. Two things that can easily be fixed. We actually contacted the GM (Davy) and he was very accommodating and had new towels brought to our room. The location is downtown next to the Embassy Suites. There is a Starbucks across the street as well as another coffee spot, and a neighborhood bar, I think its called Sidelines Bar. Also, in walking distance is a great Italian restaurant with a great happy hour.

Pros:

Great staff, very clean, convenient location, close to public transport, large rooms, indoor pool and spa, breakfast options.

Cons:

The fireplace broke on the first night, which was a bummer but the staff worked hard on getting it fixed

Nice comfortable suite and great amenities
Pros:

Lived the place .will stay again when we visit. Actually had a hot tub and a nice pool and gym. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Our suite had problems with the tv in the living room. Attempts were made to fix it but nothing stuck. Was offered another room but we were too moved in for a long stay.

Pros:

Nice pool and hot tub area, very clean hotel, very friendly staff, clean spacious room

Cons:

Broken toilet handle. Came right off. Can’t imagine housekeeping missing that… made the experience feel a little cheap and motel-like not Hilton level. Location is a 10 minute walk to free tram but that the only option really to be able to get to main downtown and sporting events. But fair price for location and decent breakfast
