The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The airport shuttle was punctual and convenient, and the housekeeping staff were courteous and pleasant.
Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the price and the standard of the hotel.
The first room had a strong smell of humidity, and the air conditioning was blowing warm air even though it was set to 19°C. The receptionist told us that this was “normal.” We were eventually able to change rooms, but unfortunately, the new room was located directly underneath the bar, where music was playing until midnight. Not exactly an ideal room placement for guests travelling with a baby. It was very noisy.
The young woman at the reception was also particularly unpleasant and unfriendly, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable.

Great welcome, lovely building, well designed, friendly staff, everything explained perfectly and airport transfer ordered there and then with knowledge of check in times, next day was easy because of their organised approach to guests.

I thought breakfast was included since I was told when I checked in “breakfast is served from (time frame)on first floor”
I should’ve checked my reservation and not assumed, I sat down started eating and then I was told breakfast was not included in my rate and I was asked how I wanted to pay for it. Everything was handled very politely.
I believe staff should phrase breakfast available for a fee. “If your breakfast is included in your rate, breakfast is served on first floor.”
