El transfer del aeropuerto al hotel ida y vuelta a estado bien.
El espejo del baño era alto y alejado, tendría q tener la opción de tener uno mas cerca o de aumento para higiene personal…
Staff was helpful, room clean, breakfast was beautiful.
Maybe some tissues…there were none.

Receptionisten som inte tycks veta hur lång tid i förväg man skall beställa en transfer. I vårt fall lyckades vi med konststycket stt hinna med vårt plan.
Me encantó lo cómodo de la habitación y las camas. Agradecida que tuviera traslado al aeropuerto. Me encantó el restaurante, una de mis mejores comidas, estaban espectacular los platos!
No supe hasta que contraté el alojamiento que tenían horarios de traslado, no funciona toda la noche. Y tampoco tenía anuncio ni nos avisaron en recepción( pese a preguntar por la piscina) que estaba en manutención.

My relative required a wheelchair-accessible room, but unfortunately, the facilities were poorly equipped and inadequate for his needs. There were no grab rails in either the shower or toilet area, and very few modifications had been made to ensure the room was safe, comfortable or genuinely accessible.
The shower chair provided was particularly concerning. It was cheap, flimsy and lightweight, and completely unsuitable for someone requiring proper support and stability while showering. This raised serious safety concerns and demonstrated a lack of consideration for guests with mobility needs.
Accessibility should be more than simply labelling a room as accessible. Proper safety features, appropriate equipment and thoughtful design are essential for guests with disabilities.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone requiring a properly equipped accessible room. Significant improvements are needed to ensure the safety, dignity and comfort of guests with disabilities.
Perfect for an airport stay. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we needed to leave for the airport earlier than the shuttle hours, they booked a cab for us in advance. Couldn't pick a better airport hotel. Only took about 10 min by taxi.
