Buen Hotel, mala gestión del servicio de limpieza de habitaciones.
Pros:

Un hotel bonito, con buenas instalaciones y habitación de tamaño suficiente, cama cómoda y servicio de comida 24h a la habitación (algo caro, sinceramente, pero de calidad). Fácil de llegar y zona tranquila.

Cons:

El primer día durante la limpieza no nos repusieron el papel higiénico, agua, ni el café soluble que ponían de cortesía. Al día siguiente directamente no nos limpiaron la habitación (a pesar de no tener el cartel de no molestar puesto y haber avisado a nuestra salida de la habitación al personal de limpieza).

Sinceramente eso nos chocó mucho. Es la primera vez que he vivido algo así y al comentarlo en recepción se limitaron a pedir disculpas y ya.

Creo que deben seriamente mejorar el servicio de limpieza. El resto está bastante bien.

Excelente hotel a pocos minutos del aeropuerto
Pros:

Nos gustó todo de este hotel, su buena ubicación, excelente desayuno, buen trato, comodidad…

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el hotel después de haber sufrido una cancelación de nuestro vuelo de regreso a casa. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la habitación es cómoda y el desayuno está súper completo.

Spacious and clean room with all amenities and a safe location
Pros:

A nice and safe location close to a lovely shopping mall and bus stops (airport bus stop). A very clean, spacious, beautifully and modernly designed comfortable room and a large bathroom. All bathroom amenities were given.

Cons:

There could have been a wider variety of options at breakfast.

Erste Wahl in Barcelona!
Pros:

In diesem Hotel war alles perfekt. Sehr komfortable, ansprechende Zimmer. Schöne Badezimmer mit großer Dusche.
Frühstück in einem sehr schönen Ambiente ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück.
Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus schnell zu erreichen und auch das Kreuzfahrtterminal ist nicht weit entfernt. In der direkten Umgebung des Hotels gibt es viele nette Bars und Restaurants.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
