직원분들 모두 아주 친절하셨어요. 조식이 정말 괜찮았어요. 맛있었어요. 위치가 좋아요. 산마르코광장에서 도보로 5분 거리이고, 찾아가는 길도 쉬웠어요. 어른2, 아이1 묶기에 아주 좋았어요. 에어컨도 잘 작동되고, 온수도 잘 나왔어요.
욕조가 세월의 흔적이 느껴지고, 방음이 잘 되지않아 바깥 소리가 잘 들렸어요.
Location was great but it was a pity that stairs are not advertised.
Although the property is advertised as having a lift, our room was in the next building which did not have a lift. This was a problem for us and detracted from the experience. Management was unable to change rooms. As Venice is a place without seats, we were not able to go to our room and rest during the day. We were exhausted. The stairs were narrow and impacted our knees and back. We were in severe pain for our stay.
Also, management turned the air conditioner for the whole hotel to heating. The room was hot and when we turned the air conditioner off the room was stuffy. We had to open a window to sleep and it was noisy and 10 degrees
Also we were not told in advance of the free Burano tour and made other arrangements for that time slot and paid for an expensive Burano experience.
Right in the heart of San Marco! Staff was exceptional, made you feel at home, great recommendations for places to eat close by. Breakfast and Tea Time was wonderful
The location was perfect for our group. Central and within walking distance to everywhere we needed to go.
We stayed in the superior room that had its originsfixtures and Venetian glass chandelier. Exquisite.
Best the best part.. the breakfast and the hors d'oeuvre.
Very good selection. Definitely worth paying for with the upgraded room .

just a bit confusing
first time getting there but water taxi's are fastest and there are porters easily to hire to help with bags
