Hotel remodelado muito limpo e acolhedor. Staff super simpático, muito prestáveis a dar informações e tem serviço de transporte para o centro. Bom pequeno almoço. Adorámos!

I do not recommend a room for 3 people because the third person sleeps on an extra bed which is a one star level. Uncomfortable, unstable, poor quality. The reception is very unfriendly, there is no word of welcome, there is no one to ask you if you are tired, he just said, give me your documents and asked for money for an extra bed because I did not know how to update the reservation. We made the bed ourselves because the receptionist said that the maid had left and that his job was not to make the bed. We were two families. We could not help but be amazed at how rude it was. When we told him that the room smelled, he said it did not matter because we were only staying for one night.

Excellent place and valu superior staff. Lovely all in all. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The staff was terrific. The rooms are good sized and clean. A very nice breakfast everyday. I had to leave early this morning and they called me a cab and even packed me a to go breakfast bag. Pretty gardens as well

Cons:

The hotel has a decent standard and a good location, but my stay was affected by several issues. The cleaning staff were very noisy early in the morning, and the walls are thin, so the sound carries easily between rooms. In addition, one of my jackets went missing from the room, and I have reason to believe it was taken by the cleaning staff. This is unacceptable, and I hope the hotel takes the matter seriously and investigates it properly.
