Children under 6 years of age are not allowed to bathe in massage pools, jacuzzis and other facilities specified in the House Rules.

Pros:

Çalışanları, olanakları, sakinliği, termal su havuzu, yüzme havuzu, odanın konforu, yatak ve yastıkların rahatlığı..

Cons:

Beğenmediğim bir yönü olmadı ancak su sadece ilk gün değil her gün bırakılırsa daha iyi olur.

No elevators, good staff, won’t be back.
Pros:

The spa and the entertainment in the lobby (Erno Kallai Kiss).

Cons:

The elevator situation was appalling. At one time there was a single elevator working - even the service ones were broken for half a day. Ridiculous. The main elevator never got fixed. Ensana as a corporation should be ashamed.

Mindig szívesen választjuk ezt a hotelt
Pros:

Visszatérő vendégek vagyunk, és mindig elégedettek. A személyzet kedves és türelmes, a vacsora nagyon finom volt, a szoba nagyon kellemes, és a wellness-spa részleg is mindent biztosít a pihenéshez.

Pros:

A reggeli büfé kínálat minden igényt kielégített. Nagy választékkal vártak minket minden reggel.
A szobaasszonyok nagyon kedvesek voltak és szívesen segítettek, ha valami kéréssel fordultunk hozzájuk.
A szoba elég komfortos volt és minden müködött benne.

Cons:

Nekem sajnos a matrac kicsit kemény volt, de jó minöségű.
