Children under 6 years of age are not allowed to bathe in massage pools, jacuzzis and other facilities specified in the House Rules.

The pools didn't meet my expectations
Pros:

I really enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings of the island around the hotel. The food was delicious, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I also loved the live musicians performing in the café in the evenings. Another great advantage was that the hotel is very close to the bus stop.

Cons:

The outdoor pool was small, deep, and too cold. In really life doesn't looks like in the picture on the site.
ĹThe indoor swimming pool was also very cold. The thermal pool was excellent, but the two warm pools for children were very small and often crowded with adults, which made it difficult for children to play comfortably.
Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time to see the doctor, so we were unable to book any medical treatments during our stay.
I was also disappointed with the face and head massage. The therapist did not tell me that I should rest for a few minutes after the massage. Perhaps because of that, I developed a headache afterwards.

В четвертый раз приезжаем в этот отель и всегда всё отлично.В этот раз прилетели очень поздно и попасть на ужин или даже что то где то перекусить не представлялось возможным.Нас ждали закуски в номере и пиво.Спа ибо.

Amazing location of great thermal spa hotel
Pros:

perfectly equipped hotel with the rooms including balconies; nice thermal spa in the hotel and lovely outdoor park as well as swimming pool area; the location is great and the breakfast were absolutely delicious - thank you :) moreover, hotel gowns and slippers are available as well as minibar and kettle

nagyon szuper szállás! maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve. a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, finom és bőséges a reggeli, kifogástalan a tisztaság. a wellness részleg is nagyon jó volt. az ágy olyan kényelmes, hogy úgy aludtunk, mint a bunda!

בנו לענות מהמקום ולא חשבנו שיהיה כזה עומס ורעש בברכות הטרמליות.
Pros:

היה מאוד עמוס. היו קבוצות של תיירים ללילה ועזבו על הבוקר. היו קבוצות של ילדים שבאו למספר ימים. היו משפחות שבאו ליום כף. חדר האוכל היה בבוקר כמו שדה קרב. הם לא היו ערוכים מבחינת כוח אדם מכל הבחינות.

Cons:

לא אהבנו את העומס והצעקות בברכות. לא אהבנו את העומס בחדר האוכל. העומס על המלצרים היה מאוד גדול והם ממש התרוצצו ממקום למקום ומעמדה לעמדה. מכונות הקפה לא עמדו בלחץ המשתמשים וחלק מהן באופן משתנה לא היו פעילות.
היה חוסר כל פעם במוצר אחר כמו לחם שחור או יוגורט עם פירות יער או שמן זית והמלצרים לא יכלו להשתלת על כל מה
שהיה למרות שהם מאוד השתדלו.
