Fabulous luxury stay
Pros:

The location which is right on the beach.
fabulous views.
The pool bar is superb as is the breakfast options.
Friendly staff from the moment we checked in where we were offered champagne or refreshments.
Plenty of sun loungers and fabulous pool/jacuzzi.
Very clean luxury hotel.

Cons:

If I had to pick anything, it would be maybe a more updated tv for the rooms. But couldn’t fault anything, it was a fabulous stay.

There is room for improvement
Pros:

The location is excellent. There are plenty of good shops nearby, as well as a pharmacy, and the beach is very clean and pleasant.

The reception staff were especially friendly, polite and helpful. They gave us useful advice about local things to know and quickly helped us replace one of our two room key cards when it stopped working.

Housekeeping was also good: the room was kept reasonably clean, and there were no unpleasant smells.

The hotel also has parking, which is a big plus. However, spaces are limited and seem to be available on a first come, first served basis, so there may not always be enough for every guest. Still, having on-site parking at all is definitely convenient

Cons:

One of the most unpleasant experiences was at the hotel restaurant, where we were told we were not allowed to drink a beverage we had brought with us. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and left a very negative impression

We also understand that evening entertainment is part of a resort hotel, but loud music was clearly audible in our room every night until midnight or later, even with the windows closed. This made it difficult to rest.

The overall condition of the hotel was also below what we expected for this price range. The bathroom had damaged or missing grout and sealing, and several areas of the hotel showed visible wear and cosmetic defects.

Indimenticabile!!!
Pros:

Posizione fantastica. Non serve la macchina.

Cons:

Poco parcheggio dentro la struttura. Abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare all’esterno qualche via dopo e con molta difficoltà.

Good hotel but a lot of problems with parking
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The problem is the parking: the hotel guarantees on-site parking subject to availability, but unfortunately, there are only 30 spaces for over 400 rooms. The area is very busy, making it extremely difficult to find parking nearby. This led to several unpleasant and frustrating situations, which inevitably compromised the overall enjoyment of our stay.
